What's the deal with the Star Trib and Pioneer Press almost always posting the same topics in sports? For example, both papers are focusing on the wolves three point shooting. I understand when the beat writer has to summarize the game - both papers will be the same, but when it's a special interest piece, couldn't the Pioneer Press/Star Trib each focus on something else. Example: Pioneer Press - 3 pt shooting, Star Trib - Triangle Offense. Writing about the same special interest topic seems like lazy journalism.
