Diener, Rush, and Owens. Gotta be excited about picking up Euro rejects and 12th men. How many ways can the Pacers package this for consumption? Give me a break. Three years of thug mentality and bone-headed play has left me not giving a flying you-know-what. Bird has no clue of judging talent and never will. Nobody wants to play here. Nobody wanted to coach here except O'Brien. And if he's upset that the NY press reported he would be satisfied with 50 losses, then he'd better ready himself for something a lot worse. It will take a miracle for this team to win 32 games. The way I see it, we're a 22-60 team. Why should we be better than we were last year? This franchise is just plain DAMNED. I know it and most of the fans know it. Look at our roster. We're SLOW. We have no HEART. The players have no CHARACTER. What? Larry Bird said he would walk Shawne Williams to court if needed? Williams can't remember to set his alarm clock? Come on. These players are nitwits...Are we expected to believe that they are different players than they were last season?
Bird is a joke. The team is a joke. Nobody cares anymore after all the crap that has gone on in the past three years. Nobody cleans house here until it's too late. Trade Tinsley now. NOW! Before he does something stupid to ruin this team. JO will have zero value after this season. Trade him now and at least get something of value. Does Bird actually think JO will want to stay here in '09? Nope. He'll be gone and we'll have nothing in return. Just salary cap room. And what good will that do if Bird pulls another dumbass move and trades our June 08 pick away?
As far as I am concerned, there is only one team in Indianapolis this year: Butler. Sorry, Larry. Your team is just invisible to me until you get out and get on the golf course. This team needs to be recycled. Smoke and mirrors...22-60. Plan on it.
This team will be invisible to you until they start winning and then you'll be their biggest fan. It's always people like you who have the most hatred who turn around and become the biggest, though most disingenuous, fans.

Took the words right out of my mouth. Has anyone noticed that the commercials on the radio don't mention a Pacer that is playing now??? It only mentions Reggie and Derrick McKee.

If we can pick up a decent big man in next year's draft this team could turn it around. Maybe a Kevin Love of UCLA or even D.J. White (had to include a Hoosier possibility, as it's an annual ritual and required speculation despite the Steve Alford over Reggie Miller fiasco).

A solid big man who can finish would be nice. I'm curious to see how DJ is going to do this year. He played well in the PanAm games next to some very good player.

Who or what is Blues Hockey?
It's the NHL, the next closest thing to football. But honestly the NFL is my favorite think to I don't pay any attention to the NHL when it's on. And if there is a college team on I know about I could care less about the NHL. it's just when football season is over I like to watch hockey, because pro Basketball and baseball are so borring. And I'm not really a fan of either sports to be honest with you.

Yeah, but not counting the draft, what are you going to watch in from mid febuary to late January??? Hockey although football is waaayyyy funer to watch is honestly the next closest thing to football. and for the record, the NFL is my favorite think to I don't pay any attention to the NHL when it's on. Dude, it's the NBA no one cares. Indiana is all about football, college B-ball, NASCAR and high school b-ball. And other then Boston, Detroit (who has actually lost allot of their fans from the brawl), LA, Cleveland, Philly, and Arizona (just because of steve Nash). No one gives two shakes about the NBA!!!!!!!!!!

NOW IT'S ALL ABOUT THE NFL, NCAA, NASCAR, AND MLB!!!!!!!!!!
