jermaine should go,problem is, we wont get nothing in return. How many times has this happen to us in last 2 yrs. Jermaine moans and groans too much, maybe he should check out his stats, games missed, repay the Pacers for their belief in him. Jermaine, your just a everday player, come down off your pedestal, you have had your chance.Let him go!!!!!!!!!!

I think most everyone within the Pacers organization agrees that Jermaine needs to go. Unfortunately nobody in the NBA is stupid enough to take on the huge contract. Sure would be nice to have the money to spend elsewhere though.

Who cares what we get in return, just loosing the contract would be enough.

I really don't know why Bird continues to keep J.O., he is the worst "franchise" player in the league.

It's not just you. "JO" is quite possibly the most overrated (and overpaid) player in the league.

That's a bold statement, my friend. And also, to your dismay, a very ignorant one. We absolutely have to get something in return for Jermaine. To help us build for the future ... He's worth a at least a viable shooting guard and some shitty throw-in players and maybe some future draft cabbagge...but until then, you're a douche.

p.s. Jamaal Tinsley need's to go...we need a quick strong young 1 to push this offense.

I have said this before and I don't mind saying it again.. Jermaine O'Neal is not and should not be a primary option on a team, at least this team.. He is at most a third option. Danny Grainger and Mike Dunleavy are great scorers, JO thwarts their talents by demanding the ball so much, and he affects the play of Tinsley as well.

Tinsley has thrived when JO isnít around, much like he did when JO and Artest (sorry for bring up that name) were suspended, Tinsley was an extremely productive player and was among the top guards in the league.

I believe that Jermaine should be traded and remove a great deal of money from the salary cap and the Pacers will be able to get a top quality free agent or make a block buster move before the trade deadline. One other thing, this dude is seemingly in street clothes more that he is in sneakers. He needs to go!

Great point! There is always a sucker somewhere.. Heck he suckered the Pacers a few years back.. Maybe Chicago will trade him straight up for Ben Wallace.. Nahh probably not, how about that big center at Lawrence North High School, I forget his name.. The Pacers can trade him for Jermaine and a few future middle school prospects for future the high school band!
