Miami Heat routed by Atlanta Hawks in Game 7

This could have been about the Miami Heat playing without its starting center for a second consecutive game.

Chalmers and Cook are awful. Cook shoots but hardly ever makes them. Chalmers? Oh my God! The worst starting PG the Heat has ever had. Stupid mistakes and terrible on D. No lateral movement.

Wade got beat straight up by Joe Johnson. Johnson shut Wade down whenever he defended him, it's no coincidence that Wade's only good game of the series was when Johnson was in foul trouble.

Spoelstra deserves full blame.

The Heat had a good year based from where they came from.
Expecting anything more would have been foolish.
So far from some of the comments on this board it looks like there is an ample amount of stupidity and foolishness out there.

How can a team be so flat in a game 7? Spoelstra must take a lot of blame for not motivating this team. Chalmers and Beasly looked like rookies... give Chalmers another year, Rando had a very simular rookie year and you can see what he is doing in his 3rd year.

This team is a steamy a s s nugget. The should unload anyone with value and build from the ground up. They are as unexciting as it gets. No offense outside of Wade. And no defense either. Going seven games against a group of hacks like Atlanta who are about to lose 4-0 to the Lebrons is pathetic. They're light years away.

Spolstra should take some blame for not making the correct adjustments...also chalmers and beasley looked like what they are rookies! give wade some help before he decides to leave...go heat!

Disappointing but not a surprise. Dwayne and Haslem cant do it alone. JO looked in a daze, he has almost since he first arrived, that could have helped. Beasley has no consistency and Chalmers seems to be regressing. Cook hardly looks like he should even be on the court, what happened to him. In all a great season, maybe they can refine it and get even better !

RONDO (not rando) is in his second year this year. He was a rookie when he helped the Celtics win the title last year. He certainly had a better rookie year than Chalmers and I don't see the potential for Chalmers that Rondo has. Rondo plays fantastic defense and drives to the basket with reckless abandon. I can only wish he were on the Heat.
