Ira, it's ok to say nice things about the home team. Honest. Nobody is going to take away your press card or trade you to the Herald for Linda Robertson.

I remember last year when the Heat was playing a bunch of D-Leaguers and free agents and you were saying that it was not an excuse for losing. Now you are giving the Spurs a free pass because "Ginobilli is out hurt and Tony Parker is hurt..." Give me a break, man. That team has much more experience than the Heat and still has Duncan and Thomas and Bowen and a bunch of wily veterans who know how to play the game.

Last year you didn't want to hear an excuse about the Heat having no Shaq, no Wade, no Marion, no Haslem. Now I don't want to hear you boo-hooing about the Spurs -- or any other team -- being hurt when they play the Heat.

teams looks good so far, didn't like the let up in the forth but good win, beasleys still looking like a beast and chalmers still looking like a steal

Frank you hit the nail on the head.
Additionally the Heat was already about 10 points ahead when parker was injured.
Like you said all last year Ira... NO EXCUSES !! for injuries or anything else !!!
