If Kaman can top Gasol's resume and backed up his claim to be an All Star ..then he should shut his big mouth up. Gasol led his Spanish team second in the Olympic games almost beating team USA! Gasol was a factor for the Lakers in the 2009 NBA Finals which the Lakers won...and Gasol led his Spain team to be the champ in the World Basketball Champiopnship. Mr. Kaman..what do you have?

The NBA does NOT reward losing. Kaman needs to get over himself. Great stats on a crappy team... whoopdeedoo.

Who in the hell is Kayman anyway? Just what has he done in his career? He couldn't carry Gasol or Bynum jock. He is about as good as is coach is coaching.
Get a life.

As it turns out, Kahman has a life. He plays center for an NBA team. You on the other hand, post poorly worded comments on a thread about him and what he has to say. Just sayin...

I'm not a real basketball fan but to Kamen... say that SCRUB when your team wins multiple championships and you have "all-star" attached to your resume. You are a C+ player on a D- team going nowhere til the end of time. When you retire no one will remember that you were even in the league.

WV Dave, while I agree with most of your statement, an All Star is represented by the current play for that year. This year, Kaman is playing better than most, if not all the Centers in the West. Despite whatever he sadi (I am a BIG Laker fan), Kaman should definitely be selected to the All Star squad. besides, it would be a good barometer to see how well he fares in a game with nothing but other All Stars.

So who gives rat's a_s.ss about mediocre center on crappy team (i.e. Chris Kaman)? Not really worth wasting my breath to talk about...

As for BYNUM, the way he has been playing, he really does NOT deserve to be selected. They made a very good choice. In all honesty, he is not that far ahead of Kave-man. A guy who is 22, 7.0", 268#, and cannot even play for more than 30 minutes...just lacks in every aspects of the NBA high standards, inconsistent, slow, unproductive, unmotivated.

What good is it to only shine against sub .500 teams once in awhile?

For BYNUM tonight, 6 points n 3 rebounds n less than 30 minutes...mind you he was the only starter who played less than 30 minutes, well actually he is very consistant in that department. He was about 3 steps behind PAU throughout...

And PAU was doing all the things that the center was supposed to do, sprinting offensively/defesively, pick n roll, passing, rebounding, etc.
