Ken,
I know it makes for good print to write about "clutch" play etc...
But you talk about the facts; yet you don't list them all; or at least the most relevant ones.
Take Garnett's 19 playoff games this season so far:
He averages over 21 pts.; 10 rebs; 3.4 assts; and over 1 blk. and steal per game; while shooting 52% from the field.
He is playing an all around team game and has been very unselfish.
I'll take him on my team any day. Those stats of "crunch time" are junk that cater to players that HAVE to take over a game selfishly in many cases; because they don't have as good a supporting cast.
Garnett has been top notch in my opinion. If anything, Ray Allen has lost some spring in his legs; and needs to find it consistently. Garnett has been a model of professionalism as far as I can see these playoffs.

Bob, you are ugly, and your mother is fat. That statement is just as relevant as your opinion about Pierce, or Garnett.
Go write about something you are expert on...like checkers or girls softball.

this writer doesn't understand that the playoffs is a whole different animal than the playoffs. The Hawks were very athletic and would have given a number of teams fits and did beat quite a few West Coast teams including the Lakers.

As you notice the more the Celtics play together in playoffs the better they get. The championship series should be very interesting.

Uhhh.... creating shots off the dribble is what Paul Pierce does. Opposing teams double & trap him in order to slow him down.

You lost all credibility with that. Do you even watch basketball?

What now BOB, did the Pistons just give up or did they wilt under the Killer instinct pressure Pierce and Garnett put on them...in their own house. You are such a short sighted idiot, I cannot imagine why you are employed in a position where an opinion as uninformed as yours could ever reach print.
Oh well, womens pro basketball is starting again..so now there is something you can espouse your opinion on because no one will care how wrong you are.
