Why, why, why is this team still together. Why is the ownership of this team not dumping everyone on this team for draft picks. I can't stand watching this team and haven't watched a Knicks game in years. I really would like to watch basketball again but my team is TERRIBLE! I would rather they dumo everyone for draft picks. I would much rather watch a hungry young team then this fat and lazy overpaid team. This is ridiculous.

Knicks still need to let Jamal rest more, even though he won this game they need him fresh for the final minutes. He plays well when he is warmed up, so letting him take a 5 minute breather at the end of the 3rd quarter beginnning of 4th will get him ready for the stretch run. Need Nate back for his dishing and scoring.

Knicks need to look for defensive big men with attitude, Joey Dorsey and/or Jevon Hardin fit the bill and should be available in the 2nd round. If Knicks can't get Eric Gordon, then Maybe Donte Greene would give them some scoring and defense down low. Gordon is going to be an all star.

Knicks have to keep playing Rose for his defense and hustle, 15 minutes a game. Keep plugging in Mardy for his D and passing. Keep letting Balkman and Jeffries shut down opponents and cause havoc in the open court game. Keep letting Chandler develop. Let James block a shot or two in the beginning of game to set the tempo....that's how Nate McMillan used him and it worked well.

Knicks should look to trade Randolf for a defensive player.....maybe move up in the draft or just get another draft pick. No more softies....just hard nose players...Dorsey and Hardin meet can do, let them develop in the background. Pick up a shot blocker in free agency.

Most of all the Knicks need someone with attitutde on the defensive end down low. Bill Russel and Ben Wallace have that.....maybe Dorsey or Hardin can be that type of player....but the Knicks need it one way or another and should try to get a proven player with a trade of Randolf and a second round pick. Donte Green can contribute offensively/Defensively.

Jerry. It is nice to hear from a Knicks fan who isn't looking at just the failures of this team but what could be done to correct it. Listen, the rebuilding process took place when they decided no more horrible contracts of aging vets for expiring ones. They took on Zach Randolph but at least he is young and talented. I'm talking about the Marbury and Francis deals. So the future is bright. I don't care what the so called experts say they are being simple minded and not looking at this team in 2 years. This is only 1 person on this team that they obligated to past the 2009-10 season that is Jarred Jeffries of all people. They should keep Crawford, Robinson, Lee, Collins, Balkman, Chandler and any of the other lottery picks they will acquire until then but keep those guys at their price. No max contracts, just bare minimums until they right guys come along. This team will be back. I promise.

Yeah, I am looking at what can be done to correct it, and it's called starting from scratch. There's a reason why after the Bulls won their titles they are back with a competetive team before we have even won a title. It's called good draft picks, not overpaying for crappy players, and giving your young draft picks a shot a actually playing. The Knicks NEVER do this. They NEVER develop any talent. They get frustrated too early in the process and think they need to win KNOW in order to please the fans. Well, the fans are sick of it. Start developing some young players and put a team out there that's fresh and hungry. Anyone else who thinks the Knicks are going to turn anything around by doing the same thing over and over are insane. If the Knicks don't change how they build a team this thing will NEVER turn around.

IN BASKETBALL TRADES ARE NOT PLAYER FOR PLAYER, OR PLAYER FOR DRAFT PICKS. TRADES ARE MADE DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR ACCORDING TO CONTRACTS.THIS IS DUE TO SALARY CAP RESTRICTIONS. YOU HAVE TO TAKE DOLLARS BACK. SINCE THERE ARE ONLY TWO ROUNDS TO THE DRAFT, WHO WOULD TRADE SUCH A VALUABLE COMMODITY AS A DRAFT PICK, FOR THE PLAYERS ON THIS SQUAD YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET RID OF?
