Finally, Del Negro made a good coaching decision by taking Ben Gordon out for the last few minutes so Derrick Rose wouldn't be stopped from handling the ball. Del Negro saw enough from the Denver game. When BG recognizes this and just spots up instead of pretending to be a Harlem Globetrotter in the remaining minutes then he'll be back on the floor.

The Bulls are the Greatest. Larry Hughes for MVP. Academy Award for Derrick Rose's impersonation of Smokey and the Bandit. Ooh, ooh ooh, what a little moonlight (and a W) can do. Bulls win 7th of the season. Which game was it last year when they won that many? the 20th or so? We're ahead of schedule.

Wow, that last play by Rose was eerily similar to a famous shot taken but a certain Airness. In the same building and everything Except, of course, Jordan made it, haa. You still have a ways to go kid, but what a performance.

Where's all the draft-Micheal-Beasley people who were inundating this board not that long ago? Did anyone notice how Rose's jumpshot is steadily improving? Along with his range? He's rapidly becoming the best point guard in the league. It's unbelievable that anyone would think that Beasley was a better pick. Especially a Bulls team with no point guard to speak of (Kirk who?). Who then was supposed to get him the ball in the low post for all this great low post scoring? Ben no-dribbling-skills Gordon?

rose is unbelievable...great win. with that being said, joakim no, uh...game...and uh, no wind. isn't he like twenty-two? shouldn't he be in the best shape of his life? flaggin' down vinny for a break with about five left in the first quarter is absolutely absurd. his game is supposed to be all about hustle and hard work. looks like the only thing he's workin' hard at is smokin' weed...6 points and 7 boards in 17 minutes. 17 minutes!? really? we're not getting much out of him at all...he's a great cheerleader though...

Great game by Rose.

I wouldn't get overly excited about the win seeing as how Utah was playing without Carlos Boozer and Deron Williams.

Ridiculous seeing Noah ask to be removed from the game to catch his breath. What a Joke-kim that guy is.

Wow. Paxson is a genious. Now get rid of Gunner Gordon the goner and Smoke em if you got em Joker and the bulls will continue to improve with the kid running the future.

I'd be content with them just releasing Gordon right now.

Just tell him, "Hey, thanks for the shot in Utah" and release him.

They played without Williams and Boozer, but the Bulls played WITH Gordon, Hughes, Gooden and Noah. I'd say it was an amazing win!

I'll second everything you've said, though the "best point guard in the league" part. No doubt Rose is a force, but Chris Paul might be the best player, regardless of position, in the NBA. Not being better than Paul is no insult- that guy is nasty.

Didn't get a chance to see the game but checked out the highlights on NBA.com . Seems to me that 90% of the highlights were the Utah Jazz. How many times do I need to see (as a highlight) Okur sink a 3-pointer. Is that a highlight? Anybody else notice that?

Now that we have the next Jordan, can we trust Pax to draft the next Pippen and Grant?

This is a big win. It shows they can actually compete out west.
