Paxon is way to uptight and sensitive. You have the number one pick in the draft Pax, get used to it. The fact that Pax has been so lethargic in getting anything done does not help the fact either. He was "evaluating" Jim Boylan for like 5 months. The fans were done with our evaluation after one week. If he was serious about saving last season he never would have given Boylan the job.

I'm also more concerned by the coaching choice than the pick. The names the Bulls are looking at are the type of coaches they would have to hire following the Jordan error when Krause was still in charge. This is a desirable coaching job so Lets go after a desirable coach.
Sidebar: I also think Mike North is bad for radio/Chicago and the fact that this guy is popular in many circles worries me as he's just a negative dude who doesn't know a heck of a lot about sports.

Do you know anything about basketball? Have you ever listen to Paxson talking about basketball? He is like Steve Stone of basketball. Man is great feel for the game and vision. Paxson is best when it comes to basketball. Listen to him talk sometime when he breaks things down. I miss those day when he was on radio doing bulls games.

He might have a great feel for the game but the fact remains his vision for a team is crap... His trades are crap... The fact that it takes him years to process information is laughable. His inability to make quick choices continues to hurt the team.

I think the bulls should atleast seriously consider the Celtics assistant as a prospective coach and retain the assistant that was responsible for the offensive system that was employed the last game of the season. It was the most efficient use of he personnel onthis team in qiet a few years.
