Mason's Heart Is Where His Home Is

Roger Mason was informed during Sunday morning's shoot-around that he would start in place of Gilbert Arenas that night in Philadelphia.

Not long after the Wizards arrived at Wachovia Center for the game, however, Arenas changed his mind about taking the night off to rest his knee. Read more

I dont know what the discussion before the game was about, but I know that Roger Mason did a very fine job handling the ball and shooting while replacing Arenas that night. Roger had a major hand in helping the Wizards beat my hometown team the 76'ers at home. He's getting better and better with the opportunity to play more. My hat is off to him!
