No, I am not some "poor azz person". I am college educated and have a great job. I just think that it is completely irresponsible to pay 55K for a watch when so much good could be done with that money. So what if he's "got game"? I'm sure that he could have given something back to his community instead of being so interested in buying ostentatious items of little use. I've found that my $20 Timex tells time quite well.
Do you know for a fact that he is not giving back to the community?

This guy earned his money and deserves to spend it as he chooses. Period. The fact that he spent $55K on a watch does not give some scum bag the right to rob him.

YO, quit flashing the cash and blinging. honestly, some of the robbery and homicides could be prevented by the victim change in life style. NOT BLAMING THE VICTIMS! an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure any day.
Thank You!!! With that much money, why would'nt there be provisions in place (personal security, an alarm system etc.) to PREVENT IT?!

It is the primary function of a thief to know what the person has who they are robbing. In that case, they know that that the will be successful.

Makes no difference is it is Walker, or a wealthy socialite heiress, with a 55K Cartier watch, rich is rich, and to the criminal minded, Walker and the heiress are one and the same. They are targets.

You own expensive things because you have a lot of money. If you win the Lotto for a hundred mill, chances are YOU will own something like a 55K watch! That is what rich people do, buy and own expensive things.

Black, white, male, female, makes no difference. A thief could not care less.

As for "giving back"...

What the hell is that about? Sure its nice to have money and "give back" but what of those people who are born with money. What, they don't give up a thing because they already had it? Who the heck are we a citizens that we should demand of anybody to give back?

Walker is a victim. But he is a rich one so we should not care that he possibliy could have lost his life because he had a 55K watch. Would it have made anybody feel better if this crime had become a tragedy?
