If Ilgauskas wants to buy out his contract in order not to have to play for the Wizards then fine but the Wizards are still out a player in regards to the trade. The league should give the Wizards either a compensatory pick in the draft to make up for the Cavs trading an unwilling partner or give the Wizards the equivalent pick of what Ilgauskas is worth from the Cavs. Perhaps teams would avoid the "Loop hole" or make sure they were trading more willing players so they wouldn't lose out on draft picks in the future.

Wizards do not want "Z". They only made the trade to dump salery. If they pay "Z", they will save nothing. They have to get rid of him!Cleveland needs him back. They miss the chemistry and the big body with an outside shot. I hope Z can forgive them for being idiots in the first place....
