Glad for the team getting the win...too bad the local Orlando fans STILL couldn't watch the game because of Bright House being such a greedy company who cares little for the Orlando fan-base. But hey, I'm sure they saw the game in China!

I was really glad when the game was over. what a roller coaster.

For those who didn't watch the game....Hedo played like an all start. Unlike yesterday Arroyo played pretty bad and Nelson only played well the first quarter.

I am still waiting to see out bench step up and make big plays... every other bench outscores ours. Ariza played for 4 min and was able to make a stop...why can he get more minutes and take some away from Arroyo or Dooling?

Lewis needs to drive more to the basket. 1 free throw in 39 min isn't even close to enough. He needs to put this team on his shoulder and drive to the basket...there will be some night when the 3 isn't falling.

The Hawks beat the Suns and the Mavs at home! We have a chance to beat them too on Sat and hopefully Amare will be out.

Heck yeah! 4-1 and I do believe this is the first time ever we won the first 3 road games of the year. Plus, Ariza played, even if only for a few minutes! I'm sure he'll get more time as he gets back to full health.

Great win! Let's not get TOO excited yet. 2 of Orlando's road wins were against winless teams.

But road wins are road wins! Go Magic!!!

Jameer took control in the 4th quarter and ran a great game at that point. Keith Bogans looks like he's perfect for the SG position. Rashard hit some key shots on an off night. Dwight was getting fouled over and over again but didn't get hardly any calls.

And Turk... he was a monster. He's easily the best player this year. I think he might keep up the points with so many scorers on the floor.

I really like the offense, so much better than last year. The defense is still pretty good.

The only bad things were the turnovers and the terrible bench play. The only player I like coming off the bench right now is Foyle.

It's amazing how these boards are devoid of Magic naysayers lately. As soon as they lose a game though they come out in force.

"With the Raptors having made up a 151-point deficit to trail with three minutes left by two at 94-92, Nelson nailed a 3-pointer"

That's a hell of a deficit!

Before we all get carried away let's focus on fixing a glaring problem that has shown itself two straight games. What's with this fourth quarter sleep walk? We have been lucky so far in being able to pull the games out late in the fourth quarter. But it's after blowing early big fourth quarter leads! Van Gundy has to impress on his players that the fourth quarter has as many minutes as any other quarter. Play a full 12 minutes. If you want to rest go to the bench. Trouble is the players on the court act like they also are on the bench, as they watch the other team score at will!

Way to go magic d, holding them to negative points and then nearly throwing the game away. you gotta work on containment in order to prevent future runs of like 200 unanswered points...

This is like the old days with Nick, Dennis & Penny draining the open 3s. Now it's Hedo, Rashard & Bogans. Sweet!

I haven't gotten to see any games yet this year...BOO HOO! I've been delivering pizzas to make extra Christmas money but sounds like so far so good!

Let's hope Hedo doesn't develop his mysterious "flu like symptoms". Funny how so many people were down on him last year. I have the flu and call in sick to work. Hedo has flu symptoms, still shows up to work, understandably has off nights and people rip him. Now that he feels fine (knock on wood) and is playing well....chirp, chirp, chirp goes the cricket!!

On a different note...if you don't tip the pizza delivery person, you are nothing but a cheap self-centered bastard. A waitress gets 15-20% for carrying your food 20 feet from the kitchen to your table.

The guy that drives in his own car, paying for his own gas to bring food to your DAMN HOUSE gets NOTHING??? Do you know how much gas costs??? When you are to cheap to tip the driver he/she is basically paying THEIR OWN DAMN MONEY TO BRING YOU A STINKING PIZZA!!!!!

Dante's Inferno says the innermost circle of hell is reserved for traitors and back-stabbers. I say it's reserved for people too greedy, selfish, and cheap to tip the pizza guy!!! Can you tell I got stiffed by nearly everyone I delivered pizza to tonight??? I actually would have been better off if I had mysterious "flu like symptoms" and called in sick!!

I love it, this is great. I can only hope that the Magic don’t get too complacent. Keep your heads up and stay focused. Who other than Tim Duncan is better as far as the International players are concerned, than Hedo Turkoglu? It seems he is benefiting the most from the acquisition of Lewis this summer. Keep it up Hedo, what ankle injury? 10 pts, 7 assists and 6 rebs, Nelson is doing all the little things to help his team win, Bogans is playing well. What seems to be the problem with Ariza? Why isn’t he on the court more often, give this kid a chance. Redick continues to disappoint, he sucks, trade bait. Arroyo and Redick for a big, or some sort of compensation from which the organization could benefit from.
Peace in the Middle East, Im out. GO MAGIC!!!

The fact that your tax dollars that are going towards supporting your local franchise, and the fact that you don't get an opportunity to sit back and watch it on regular cable is sad. It just goes to show you how greedy large corp. organizations continue to fatten their pockets at the expense of their loyal fans. Having to subscribe for digital cable or satelite or whatever have you is absurd. Fans have the right to voice their opinions. Everyone does not have the luxury of upgrading their cable, and even if they did its the principal. I subscribe to NBA league pass because I reside in NV, but I understand the frustration.

Hopefully Amare can play, so the Magic and the fans can see the maturation of Howard in terms of how far he needs to develope. whats the point of having an easy match up then face him later in the season only to see amare dominat Howard. not trying to bash, i just want to see if all the hype surrounding Howards development is fact and not fiction. So far he seems to be the same player with similar stats compared to last year. Now dont get me wrong, I love this young kid, but you need to see him start to develop, he has unimaginable potential, hes loyal he will never bail for more money. I hope Ewing can teach him to as big an offensive force as he was when he was younger.

Even though I would not argue adding Lewis this year, and the continued maturation of Howard make us more formidable this year, you cannot deny the benefits of having Van Gundy rather than Hill coach this team.

Another solid performance last night. First and fourth quarters were good, second and third were mediocre. What was nice to see was the team didn't fold when the Raptors made their runs. And I've seen people complaining on these boards about teams making these runs - my response is, do you watch basketball? I am not talking about going to a game, or looking at a TV that is showing a game, but actually WATCHING what is happening. Basketball is a game of runs, and momentum. The vast majority o fgames feature at least one passage of play where a team will score a bunch of points in quick succession to build, or cut, a lead. The test of the opposing team is how they react to these runs. Against Detroit, we couldn't find that extra gear to pull the defecit back. But against Minnesota and Toronoto, with the lead dwindling, Orlando stayed calm and closed the game out, which was excellent.

I liked how the Magic spread the offense last night. 4 guys with 17 or more points is very good, and they all did it on pretty economical shooting performances. Hedo and Bogans were huge on the boards, and we need guys like that to step up, when the only rebounder getting big minutes is Howard. I like also like how Nelson is playing so far. He is controlled, and looking to get the other 4 guys on the floor involved rather than taking ill advised shots. Also, so far he has been paying attention to defense, which is a very pleasent surprise. Lewis continues to please, although I'd like to see a little more activity on the boards from him.

One thing that is still a little worrying is the bench play. The production from the reserves has been really poor in comparison to last year. I don't know if it is Van Gundy's substitution patterns, or whether they are in a group slump, but I hope it is fixed quickly. My thought is that it could be down to SVGs subs pattern as he tries to finalise his rotation - for example, it is interesting to note how well Arroyo played when starting, before having a sub-standard game last night. Something to keep an eye on.
