Granted we lost and the season is over, but I just want to thank the Cleveland Cavaliers for a great season. One that will go down as the best in franchise history. There are many more exciting things to come from this team. So if you want to be a part of it sit down, shut up and enjoy the ride.

THANK YOU CAVS FOR A GREAT SEASON!!!!

Cleveland did an awesome job. I am proud of them and so happy they won the Eastern Conferences. Next year, they will win the championship. Without a doubt! GOOD JOB CLEVELAND! WE KNEW YOU COULD DO IT!

As dissapointing as the Finals were, I have to say that this season was very successful for the Cavs. Hopefully Dan and Danny (Gilbert and Ferry) now see what it is going to take to win a championship. They are a good team, but some changes need to take place in order for them to win it all next year. I am anxious to see what happens this summer.

Great job guys! Go Tribe!

I am still very proud of what the Cavs have accomplished. Yea, there were a lot of things we could have done differently, but we did not. We have to live with the results and look to next year. I will remain a fan, no bad feelings toward anyone in the Cavs organization, they know what they need to do for next year.

SOOOOOO, where are all you people at who said the Cavs would win in 7 or that they would not be swept? I hear crickets! This is Cleveland, so we can add this to the list of disappointments in Cleveland Sports History.

I hope Josh likes his crow cooked medium well. I have a great recipe I could forward to him.

Well, the Cavs got swept by the Spurs. Kudos to the Spurs, they're a class team and also the best team in the NBA. The Cavs have some things to work on. The Spurs' almost flawless teamwork is what the Cavs need to learn. The Cavs made it to the Finals based more on sheer grit and determination rather than pure talent. They need to change some players, and Mike Brown needs to grow some as a coach. But the Cavs are now a team to be reckoned with, and congratulations to them for a phenomenal season. Those who are crushed by the sweep should think back to the start of the season and remember if they thought the Cavs had any chance to make it to the Finals. I wonder what the Vegas odds of that happening were. But make it they did and I want to thank the Cavs for giving the fans a dream season.

One and not done. Great year Cavs! San Antonio is one of the great teams the NBA has seen. The Cavs should emulate them. In the words of Arnold, "We'll be Bahk!"

All well, the Cavs got the Finals but couldn't beat the mighty Spurs. It just sucks because this might be the only chance the Cavs get to a Finals game with Lebron James in tow. Another year without a championship. What else is new.

moronic statements from someone who does not live in Hudson, Ohio and who thought the Cavs would lose in the 1st round is not the definition of "Class" - shows that some "fans" need to learn something from the Spurs, too. A great historic season by the Cavs, the first championship series ever. LeBron brought this team to the finals. Like Shaq, he lost, but the team will benefit. Congrats to the Cavs for an outstanding and entertaining season.

How wonderful and refreshing it is to see that people are not bashing the Cavs for not winning the title. These are true fans-we still love our CAVS through thick and thin. Now that we know what it takes, we'll learn from our mistakes and get the whole enchilada next year!!!!!

They may have come up short in this series, but they should be very proud of themselves getting that far. They brought alot of hope and pride to the city and surrounding areas. Remember they are the EASTERN CONFERENCE CHAMPS!!!!!! and any one who stops rooting for them isn't really a fan.
CONGRATULATIONS CAVS!!!!!!

Well, it was a fun ride. Thank you, Cavs.

It's obvious that some things need to take place in the off season. I haven't seen much talk about the most important thing. LeBron needs to stay home and take a breather. No international play! No national team! No grinding promotional tours for Nike or "lymon" or whatever! Just kick back, enjoy his family, and shoot about 10,000 free throws.

Dissappointment? The first ECF championship on team history! First trip to the Finals EVER. How on earth can you say that is dissappointing????
Go back to the basement and enjoy the next 5 months until the season starts and you can bash the team again!

I'm not an NBA basketball fan. I prefer the college and high school game. From what little I did see of the series the Cavaliers do not need to make major adjustments. Their team defense is good. They made some nice drives to the basket but couldn't finish. If they would just learn to use the glass when close to the basket and shoot free throws better they would still be playing. I'm not from Zionville, NC. I'm on vacation.

Congrats to the Cavaliers-Eastern Conference Champions & NBA Championship runner-ups!!!
Danny Ferry is now on the clock to get creative and figure a way to bring in some consistent scorers who can blend in with Mike Brown's defensive mind-set.
Here's my off season wish list (taking into consideration it will take some at least one sign and trade and salary cap creativity):
Mike Bibby - Long Shot
Mo Williams - Bucks - probably best option to add offense and true point guard
Earl Boykins - MUST SIGN!! Instant O - change of pace guard
Rueben Patterson - can bring toughness we lack
James Posey - D and offensive skills
Jason Kapono - enough said
Brendon Haywood - Yes-Mr. Moody can add interior toughness and shot blocking skills
Any combo of two or three of these guys can go a long way to helping us take the next step.
We can't afford to add any more David Westley's or Scott Pollard's.
