why is it that people talk about lebron leaving---the guy has at least 3 more years on his contract.

i dont want kidd and his 20 mil contract or bibby and his 90 year old body--like it or not, this team is rebuilding--you all want instant gratification and it aint gonna happen--this team is setting up perfectly for long term gains and a perennial run at titles---i think danny ferry is a genius and knows exactly what he is doing and certainly isnt going to change his plan because of moronic fans like we see in this forum.

I'm not really into the intricacies of pro baskeball, but who the he11 does LeBron thinks he is texting Kidd about a trade? That spolied baby seems to think he should get everything he wants and the management should do what he wants......

Kidd in L.A. would be nice. With fisher as a back up. I can see that eventhough we'd have to give up some young fresh talent for him. what makes it even better is the chances of also adding J. O'Neal to the squad. It would add age to the team but, it also would add the chance of returning to the finals.

I'm with the cav's making a trade for hughes. They might be able to swing 2 quality players for him. He's a great talent but not for cleveland and they either need to cut snow or add him in a deal wit who ever they trade.

Just give Larry Hughes and Eric Snow away for gatorade. Aha, then we have salary cap room to make a deal.

Get rid of Hughes and pick up a good high school point guard. Save money and get a better shooter.

Dont know at the age of 34, if he's worth that much. But listen ya'll give up Kwame Brown, Sasha Vujacic, 1st round pick and Vlad Radmanovic. Fair deal for both the teams.

First of all, the Cavs aren't going to get Jason Kidd. The Nets aren't going to take Larry Hughes, that's for sure. I just don't see any scenario in which Kidd would go to Cleveland, the Cavs don't have what it would take to get him. Regardless of if the Cavs were to get Kidd or not, they'd still be behind Boston in the East and behind a lot of teams in the West.
