Dear Magic Fans:
While many of you have talked about Lebron being over-hyped and whining about the way the games are being called, I would like to tell you exactly what I have observed of your team.

Your "superstar" is nothing more than an over-hyped Andrew Bynum. Sure he's tall and strong, but the guy should foul out of every game. He's a great rebounder because he pushes off of the person he's supposed to be blocking out every time. Most seven footers would average 15+ boards if they were allowed to loose ball foul every time a ball went up in the air. He also camps out in the paint like a hobo by the train tracks. He's not even getting half the whistles called against him that he should and all you guys can do is bitch about one botched call where he blocked Lebron. What about the other times he's bumped Lebron going to the hole and no whistle?

His dunk that won him the competition was seriously the weakest contest winner I have ever seen. He's just a product of the NBA looking for a dominant big to prop up since Shaq is getting old and Yao is getting injured (again). Total product of a hype machine. He doesn't even have an offensive game except to dunk yet. How superstar is that?

Meanwhile Lebron is going off and averaging 40+ a game on you guys and doing it efficiently. I'll give you the fact that the Magic are better at the 4 other positions, but to say Lebron is over-hyped is overly ridiculous. The only guy I can think of that might have averaged those kind of numbers in a conference finals would be Wilt.(Tell me if I'm wrong because I'm not looking it up.) Only a truly great player could come up with those numbers. Not even a chucker could do that. While your team is tapped out, if we even make a slight improvement in personnel, we'll run away with everything.

On to your coach. We have a "no excuses" coach that has seen some of the worst calls in the NBA while coaching against the Pistons in the playoffs, your coach does nothing but complain yet blasts anyone else who complains because he's got the patent on whining. You want me to write a column Stan? Your team has been getting way more calls than us so shut your *****, mustached, mouth.

And since some of your reporters like to bash Cleveland, I'm sorry that you're town is nothing but a theme park with outskirts populated by meth-heads and biker trash. Oh, sorry to forget about the trailer trash gator farmers as well.

Applause, applause. Very well said, my friend. I for one and getting tired of hearing Van Gundy's crap and his smirk on the sidelines when the camera is on him, very mickey mouse.

Dear Cleveland Fans:

Before this series started, we "unofficially" had no chance to beat you. You said that our record against you in the regular season over the past "3" seasons meant nothing...yet the fact that you won 66 games in the regular season was just so relavent. You said that because you were 39-2 at home this season, we had no chance to beat you at home. Yet, you BARELY won game 2 on a very big shot by Lebron. Your PG guaranteed a win in game 4...didn't happen. Your over the hill PF/C got his feelings hurt when SVG called him out for flopping, which he did repeatedly in game 3. You probably played the best game you have played in the post-season in tonights game 4, AND YOU STILL LOST! So don't come in here talking noise and throwing around insults. Get it through your thick skulls...YOU GUYS CAN'T BEAT US!!! Isn't that obvious by now?? Even with the help of the refs...you can't beat us. We're not intimidated by you. We're not scared of you. We know we can beat you. You know we know we can beat you. And after tonights win, that makes 11 wins in the last 15 times we've played you guys. So get off of our board, and go give Mo a hug!!!

I had to double check the web address for a second. Way too many cavs fans in here. SMH. But I understand though, anyone's welcomed here. It's not like you have much to say about your own team. Have fun bashing the Magic! I take great pleasure in reading that Dwight Howard is over-rated, all the while enjoying watching the cavs lose. Makes me wonder though, if Dwight & company are over-rated, what does that make the cavs? LOL! Excessively over-rated? Under-achievers? cavs fans, you tell ME since we're calling a spade a spade.*smirking*

The regular season is, well, the regular season. And contrary to the old adage that the regular season doesn't mean much, the Cavs' 66 wins gave them home court advantage throughout the playoffs so long as they remained alive.

Having said that, the Cavs' 16 losses offer insight into their current predicament: They lost twice to Boston twice to LA, twice to Orlando. They lost as well to a Houston team from the Western conference that finished 53-39. And they lost to a New Orleans team from the Western Conference that finished with a 49-33 record. They lost regular season games to playoff teams Atlanta (47-35 and hurt by a number of injuries when they faced the Cavs in the 2nd round) and Miami (43-39).

Moreover, no team in the Cav's division had a winning record (same case for Boston).

Lebron James is obviously a great, great player who needs a better cast of characters around him. Remember Michael Jordan?

Dwight Howard remains very much a work-in-progress. His offensive game remains limited and he plays some pretty bad defense at times. But overall, the Magic have more talent than the Cavs. Their starters match up well against Cleveland. Plus, they have much better bench help.

Fans are always going to complain that their team is getting a raw deal from the refs. And small market team fans are generally going to complain that the NBA doesn't want them in the final round because of TV ratings. While Cleveland falls into the small market category, Lebron James as the current face of the league changes the equation. Of course, NBA refs have long been known for giving superstars preferential treatment.

The question is whether or not the NBA's marketing concerns and on-court preferential treatment for James will outweigh the quality advantage that the Magic team has against the Cavs over the course of whatever remains of this series.

I would point out the irony of you questioning someone else's IQ, but chances are you'd have to look that word up in the dictionary. I'm sure it will be on your spelling test one of these weeks.
