If Z doesn't return we're seriously screwed. During the wait Shaq will probably get hurt trying too hard. Love him but he's old. With no Z return...who plays center ? We're the best team in the league NOW. Already will need to readjust when Powe ready. This trade will backfire big time. Chemistry is a real thing...and we have it NOW !

The Cavs had the best record in the NBA last year.
Did they win the Title?

Did you say last year (at this time) "if it aint broke... Dont fix it"? I bet you did.

Amare makes this team better.
Not to mention they will probably get Z back in 30 days anyway.

Bryce, I guess I'm lookin at the way things are now. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Maybe Lebron is lookin to the future. We probably won't have Shaq next year, but we could use JJ. On the other hand we will be back in the same boat we were last year. If we get Amare, he mite help us get a ring a few more years, which also mite help Lebron stay in Cleveland. I would miss JJ though. I think it would be doing Z a disservice, but the NBA is a business, and since when did they care about someones loyalty

DO NOT DO IT!!! JJ Hickson is too good to trade away. Z deserves better. The Cavs have won what, 18 straight, why disrupt the chemistry. The CAVS, as they stand now, can have the best record in the regular season which will give the home court in the playoffs which is everything. You can't win it all without the home court.
How did that 66 win (last year) Chemistry work out for the Cavs?

Number 1 seed last year.... Best record in the nba....

It's funny... Last year you guys were all saying the same exact thing...
Dont mess this up. Dont make a trade.
Number one seed... Blah blah blah.
Dont mess with the chemistry...

Did you learn nothing from last year?

Simply clueless.

Defense wins championships, so we become interested in a guy who doesn't even know what the word means!!
Z and Hickson cant guard a chair.

You guys are simply clueless.

Are you really worried about the Cavs D being hurt by giving up J.J. and Z, and adding Amare?

Now thats funny.
Well... Its actually kind of sad.

Don't trade Z! Why are we trading our good players? This makes no sense. Heard Amare doesn't even want to come to the Cavs.

Why get better when we can stay the same.

I mean... It's not like LBJ wants Amare or anything.

Oh wait... LBJ does want Amare.
But what does LBJ know?

LBJ is the type guy that wants himself, and his team to get better.

Thats just crazy thinking... Right?

Don't touch the team. Leave the team as it is and bring in some fresh legs with the draft. They should consider going after Duane Wade or Carmelo Anthony.

I understand that in today's world it's all money and chasing after the next best superstar who will help win championships. That's fine, but in my opinion, taking a player like "Z" (who is having a great season) and trade him at a time when the team can almost *taste* the championship is not only insulting to "Z" but it gives his bio an unnecessary blemish. He's a pure CAV, let him stay that way. AND, if traded, who is going to trust that any other team will actually buy out his contract and give him back to us in 30 days? Personally, I can't seem "Z" in any other uniform but ours--and that goes for you, too, LeBron!

From what I have heard Cleveland offered of Zydrunas Ilgauskas , J.J. Hickson and a first-round pick then you have get Stoudemire to sign a long term deal to make it work . Stoudemire isn’t the best defense of player and that will factor in when they play the Magic because in 7 games Shaq can’t beat Howard. Howard is to young and strong for Shaq to play one on one for 7 games

The only reason they are trying to keep Lebron what they need to do is keep the team the same and pick up BOSH or WADE in the off season

“Perfect? NO. Forgiven? YES!”
