So far this is the closest thing to an objective piece on this story that I've read. Kudos. I just wish you could teach Jane Riddely of the Daily News the same thing, I don't think I've witnessed such poor journalism till I read her articles covering this trial. Good job though.

Anucha has lost a high paying job, and in order to
get her job back and lost wages she had to come
up with something.... And while she is at it why
not ask for 10 million. Please.. if it was bad as
she claims why do she want to return? She has a
house being renovated close to a million dollars
and she is really in bad shape. Yes she will say
and do whatever it takes.. Even lying on her mama
if that what it takes to get 10 million!

Hmm, so she doesn't know a budget? Explain the $74K raise and GLOWING reviews before the firing, Wallace.

It is sickening that our business environment includes harrassment of any kind: sexual, gender, racial, or religious.

Not bad, Wallace. Suprised you were unable to mix a Wilpon dig or a Tiki kissup in there.

I somehow dont buy that she was to bad at her job that they made her VP. Oh wait, this is the Garden, so maybe that could happen.
How were her perfomance evaluations?
Very good they said.
So incompetence was never noticed before so please let me take that info about her barely able to do her job with a grain of salt..

And she worked how long for IBM?
A decade?
How was her performance there?

IBM must have lower standards than the Knicks to have given her promotions and responsabilities like the ones she had.

Remind me to call your mom a whore and ask your daughter if she wants to ride my wild pony.
Seems like your the kind of cool guy who wouldnt mind.

I have no interest in this story. If the woman loses, big deal. If she wins, bid deal. As Knicks fans, we have nothing to lose because the Knicks have nothing worth keeping.

If Isiah Thomas didn't have video of me smoking crack and mowing hoes low, I would have fired his dumb ass a long time ago

Phenomenal column. I didn't miss the Knicks until reading this. What a hilarious mess.

You've obviously never had to deal with being sexually harassed. I have.
At first you keep your mouth shut and suck it up because you need the money and don't want to be seen as an overly sensative cry baby. You figure you'll handle it in your own way. Big mistake because gives the offenders the green light to keep going. It escalates. When you hit the wall and go to the boss the real problems begin. You're seen as a trouble maker and all of a sudden you're labeled incompetent and fired. You're accusations are seen as sour grapes. I hope she gets every penny. Being reinstated by the court would be a moral victory. I truly doubt she really wants her job back.
