Nichols screws the Knicks and then expects to be released early as a favor? That guy is clueless!

Much better game last night, but still there could be room for improvement- as in holding on to a big lead. It's good to see Nate developing nicely. I'm a bit disappointed at Isiah for not giving Nichols much of a shot- he might come back and haunt the team in the future just as Matt Carroll has done. And Jerome is just a waste of space.

How about another stellar performance from the Knicks "go to" guy and frandchise player. The fat, lazy, bum named Eddy Curry had foul trouble, could not guard anyone because he cannot move his feet to propel his lard and ended up with.....drum roll please......ZERO DEFENSIVE REBOUNDS.

Way to go Eddy!!!

Have to look at the bright side. Only two turnovers last night--probably below his average. And he will have value for his expiring contract in several years.

You got me ACC....only 2 turnovers is an improvement. Honestly though....you're from NY....how do you fans generally feel about Eddy and giving up 2 #1's to get him and revolve your team around him?

Thomas is a Moron....not to give Nichols his share of the minutes in preseason. I concur with Nichols waived him now so it least he can catch on with another team.

Nichols ego costed him, things could have been a lot different. If he was too dumb to realize that zeke would buy out Jerome James to find a roster spot for him, it's too late now. Dumb @$$! He must think he's Kobe....

Even Dolan pretty much admitted the Knicks gave up too much for Curry, and Dolan never admits anything. As for making him the team focus, my guess is that it's partially to justify the trade. We repeatedly heard the words "All Star candidate" last year in reference to Curry from the NY press. They were no doubt urged to write such nonsense by the Knicks. The team, as constructed, was a 35-40 win team, assuming everything else went right, regardless of whether they made Curry the focal point or not. They won fewer games because of the Lee and Crawford injuries.
