REBUILD!!!!!!!!!!Maybe he can start by draftingf yet another player that can develop in Europe!!!!!!!!!!One the fans can wait for 4 or 5 yrs this time!!!!!!!What STAR wants to come here????????Kahn didn't do any better with draft than Mchale. They've had 1 player that has been of STAR QUALITY in franchise history!!!!!!!!!!So the bar hasn't been set to high!!!!!!

They have been in a "rebuilding" mode since day one and didn't make much progress this season.

"The Wolves have a lot of high picks. I've lost count of exactly how many because of the dizzying array of transactions throughout the season. But I know it's a lot."
Don't you work for a newspaper? I'd think you could find out without hurting yourself. Do some research next time.(BTW, the answer is 3 first-rounders).

I think if they get #1 pick they should draft Wall and try to trade Rubio and a pick for the #2 pick and get Turner. Then finally you have a good core of players.

They might not need to trade Rubio and a pick to get #2, someone might actually think he's worth more than Turner even a year out.

If it's true that Love would get us more in trade than Jefferson (which I think it is), then why the heck was Jefferson starting, and isn't that proof that Love's the one we need to keep?

Powers is right in at least one comment; "This team is star-crossed". With that said I hate this stupid NBA Lottery. This is the only professional sport in this country that does this and the Wolves can stuff the lottery basket and still not win.(Maybe Mr. Stern has something to do with that). Anyway, if you are a fan, you can only hope (and pray) that this organization starts to get a little more lucky than it's been with this stupid lottery, and hopefully get smarter on drafting talented players who aren't basket cases and playing in other countries.-And somebody tell the Lakers to change their name to "Fakers". It would make more sense with all the actors out there in "la-la land". Give us our teams' nickname back!!

Trade Rubio-Love and the 3rd pick they have in the first round to who ever gets the first pick. I am assuming we get the second pick as percentages say we will. Then you draft Wall and turner. Sign either Rudy Gay or Joe Johnson as free agents. Then you will have a team of Turner,Wall,Joe Johnson or Rudy Gay and Big Al. Use the rest of the draft and try and get a big man, there are several in the lower part of the draft. These things are attainable and can be done. It is going to take some moves as these to keep me interested.

the best part is that the wolves have zero first round picks in 2011 thanks to the marco jaric deal. so, if the wolves don't get the players this year....the only hope to add anything is Rubio in 2011....

This is the same old lame #@# excuse.....Draft Wall if you get #1, Turner if you get #2. It would be nice to trade Love and get two picks in the top 5. A combo of Wall-Favors or Turner-Favors would be nice. Wesley Johnson would be nice in a T-wolves uniform also. The thing is maybe they are just thinking to much maybe....JUST LET THE $%#@!@# PEOPLE CALL THIS DRAFT!!!!!NO MORE EURO-BORN PLAYERS>>>>PLEASE! Trade Rubio!Give some other team the shaft for a change. If Rubio goes on and becomes a star so be it, but get the caliber players for him where it does matter.JUST SAY NO TO EURO!!!!!!
