Good thinking, Chris. When other teams evaluate you and determine whether you would be a good pick-up, this act of monumental stupidity will really win them over. What a colossal idiot. You graduated from Duke?? Ask Coach "K" what he thinks of your brain fart.

And this team and its fans blamed Big Ben for everything...well, he is gone now, and looks like the Bulls still have the same problems...

These NBA players really turn me off of the game. Some of these guys like Duhon could get a job at McDonalds if he didn't have god given genetic skills.

Unfair but sad really.

Goodness...now even Duhon has become a prima donna. How many does that make on this Bulls team?

The playoffs is a pointless quest. What remains of this lost season should be devoted solely to seeing what players are worth retaining. It's obvious that Duhon is not in the picture, so there is no reason to give him even one more minute on the floor.

Good God, is there a single Bull who plays hard every night, practices hard every day, and avoids being a dummy? Last season it seemed like 9 or 10 guys were like that, but now, who? Nocioni, maybe? Thabo, sort of? For the six championship seasons, it wasn't just Jordan's on-court greatness, but also the attitude and work ethic of every guy from Jordan to Randy Brown to Scott Williams; that's the sad part, that the Randy Browns and Scott Williamses of the past teams look better than most of the Bulls now.

Paxson has made a mess of this team.

First, he modeled the team after himself -- a bunch of jump-shooters who are lite on defense.

Now he has lost control of the team -- he has Tyrus Thomas and Chris Duhon, in effect, giving him the finger?

Paxson has to go. Take this no-name coach -- whoever he is -- with.

I have to disagree. Duhon is right- after knocking himself out for the past 3 year, playing beyond his height and talent- he is given the short shrift (no pun intended) by an aimless GM and his stooge coach. What Duhon said was brutally honest along with the fact that there is no one in management to want to respect.
Yesterday, you had Boylan all over the Joker in front of everyone for missing a double-team assignment when it wasn't called for. He could have lectured him on the sideline. If wasn't as if he dribbled the ball off his foot or turned the ball over otherwise or argued with a ref instead of getting back on defense.
I'm sorry- there is no leadership on the club and it isn't Duhon's fault.
The first fine was called for, the second only makes Paxson look more like a jerk.

There is no "Team" anymore because things have regressed to the point where Pax like everyone down the line is now looking out for themselves.
Management with assembling talent and negotiating, Coaching failures with entitlement minutes, rotations and player development, and players with lack of talent, leadership and teamwork. It goes much deeper but bottom line, It's a players league.
Get a coach that let's them play and be loose. Play the kids because they're better.(Noah, Tyrus, Thabo) which they are when they get the minutes. Do you really think all these players are complaining for nothing? How about a journalist stop blaming just the players.

Well said "Mayor of Hoffman"..Can't agree more..Maybe they should negotiate playing minutes as part of their contract, oh dear, do they do that already??????????

Duhon needs to continue to improve his skill level and consistency before he complains! The bottom line is he's not good enough at the guard position to get time.. period! Other than that, Paxton has a canvas to work with. The Bulls have young talent with great potential. But with that youth on your roster, you need experience on the coaching end. Pax... bring in a coach with experience, passion, and one who is respected.

Stop blaming the players..we knewthey were not that good anyway. There is only one butt-head to blame and that is JOHN PAXON. Jerry Krause would be an upgrade. Thank good for COLLEGE BASKETBALL....BULLS SUK!!!!!

What a mess, the players, organization, they are going to have to blow this thing up back to the 15 win seasons, but at least they played hard.

What a joke. Bulls are clowning around while losing games. See Duhon on tv - not wearing a Bulls uniform, but laughing it up at the Duke game. All of this laughing this weekend while the Bulls fans are crying and watching reruns of the Jordan years. I think Pax's biggest mistake this year was panicking and firing Skiles. It seems like these guys needed more of a taskmaster (Skiles) than a buddy (the new guy). Besides that, they need taller players with some skills.

Also, do you really want to see this Bulls team make the playoffs this year in the number 8 spot. They would have to play the Celtics and would probably lose each game by 30 points. Better off to take the Krause approach and bring back Tim Floyd so they could get a high lottery pick.

In this article Paxson is quoted as saying "maybe he could have done things better." ... Maybe?

Paxson blames Thomas, Duhon, Noah, Wallace, Hinrich et.al, for not getting it and buying in to the Team... Paxson - last Summer - had the opportunity to improve the Team's personnel - he did not get it done. A
Point guard and low post scoring were needed and Paxson did not get it done!

the problem is paxson and he just don't get it.how can a player play his game if this idiot keeps evaluating his players and doing destructive things like trying to negotiate with that kobe deal, gasol and what not.a player needs to know what his future with the team is,what this idiot is doing and doing it really well is destoying his players psyche.get rid of this confuse idiot gm he's the problem.

Paxton obvious statements are sickening because it is obvious to all. Duh, anyone watching the team knows that he could do things better. From the firing of Skiles to handling the recent Thomas and Duhon situations. Nobody has stood up to show leadership on this team. It takes 6 months for Paxton to realize that? It is very easy to make a point to these guys, take them off the floor, that is the only leverage you have. Can't stop paying them so take minutes away. Just don't let them come to games at all, maybe they will learn something, children as they are, sure not men. Organization needs a complete redo and no better time to start than now. Don't give us line about trying to make playoffs, this team is going nowhere.
