I wonder what happens when Tony Battie gets back next season. We go from being weak in the front court to having a logjam there: Howard, Battie, Foyle, Cook, Augustine & Gortat. And who would want to tinker with the Lewis starting at the 4 spot anyway? That move seems like one of the keys to the chemistry and success of the Magic.

So, in a way, Battie's injury was a godsend. In the future, I expect he'll only be a spot starter against physical teams. And, unfortunately, it will eat into Foyle's minutes quite a bit when Battie gets back.

I know, such thoughts are premature, but I'll bet Otis Smith is thinking about this stuff.

Also, does anyone miss Milicic? He's doing nothing for the Grizz. Props to Otis for keeping his focus on winning the prize in the off-season.
