Chicago Bulls stink out the joint against Orlando Magic

Full story: Chicago Tribune

Maybe it's time to go bowling again. For the sake of Earl Anthony's memory, let's hope the Bulls were better at their off-day diversion than they were playing basketball Wednesday night when they stunk up Amway ...

We all knew there would be a letdown, especially from this team. Furthermore, it only continues to solidify VDN's hire as a travesty. I clearly remember the beatdown the Magic dished on New Year's Eve. How does that happen again? What was discussed during practice? If the Bulls some how, some way, get into the playoffs, these are the type of games we will see. Is it deserved? In my opinion, no f#%@&ing way.

If we could just get the Pistons to wear Bulls jerseys. We in O-town have our issues too, but I was shocked at the lack of inrensity on the part of the bulls. Possibly hangover from the Miami game. And the Magic were just angry that they once again found a way to lose to the motor heads and you were in the way! Go Joakim..go Gators.

There is nothing you can really say...they just plain sucked this game. The ball movement was terrible. The shot selection was terrible. The rotation was terrible. On top of that, Orlando simply had a point to prove with the loss the took from us here in Chicago. The upside is that we have the easier schedule when compared to the likes of Milwaukee and Jersey. I'm not sure if that's a blessing with this team. I like the Bulls to make the playoffs though...even though they are highly inconsistent.

can this season please end??? i have not hated watching a bulls team more at any point in the last 10 years. It goes without saying that there has been some pretty terrible teams in this decade...

Just end please...

But that's the problem with this Bulls team. They've lost almost every game against teams they "should have" beaten. I've pretty much tanked this season. IF they do make playoffs I still highly doubt I'll be that excited (knowing they got lucky).

Wow, Rose and Gordon were terrible tonight.Salmons was fair, those three carried the Bulls against the heat!
Hinrich fell over after the game, he was dizzy from all the circle dribbling.

Joakim is truly a talent, he is the best ice skater on the Bulls. He spent the whole time sliding and getting shoved across the floor! He is a weak, winded and lazy girlie man. This brain dead slug is not NBA quality and he needs to go to Europe tonight and forever!

Hey Vinny,

Less bowling and more practice (inbounds plays, end of game plays, pick and roll, help defense, etc....). There will be plenty of time for these pastry puff millionaires to work on their bowling skills in the offseason.

Vinny, you are a pathetic excuse for a Coach.....please resign, it is the honorable thing to do.

Please, fire my cousin Vinny! He is in over his head. He will probably take the guys out for cake and ice cream after this loss. I don't know how Jerry Reinsdorf can live with himself. He has successfully hired one of the most unqualified coaches in NBA history. That a boy, Jerry!

The Bulls need some type of miracle to make the playoffs and even if they do that, with the way they are playing now. There is absolutely no way they are getting out of the first round

This is the most confusing team in the nba. wow. Vinny needs to learn that its ok to go past a 7 man rotation when the 7 you are playing is stinking up the joint. Try new combinations Vinny thats part of coaching !!! Geez!!!

The Bulls were blown out because they have handed the team over to an undersized shooting guard.
NO TEAM will ever win with an undersized shooting guard leading the way.

This game was basically an easy practice for Orlando. You'd think Chris Rock was sitting on the Magic bench with so many laughs and smiles on that team. You know it was going to be one of those nights. The Bulls looked super slow trotting on offense and totally lost switching on defense. Oh yeah, when did Tyrus Thomas become possessed with the the spirit of Larry Hughes with so many crappy jump shots. Instead of bowling how about practice guarding the other team.
