Somebody above says the Bulls aren't alone in having an unsuccessful rebuilding process ... like that is supposed to make us feel good or accept this crap franchise. We need real "change"; let's get a GM who isn't a home-boy, insider who is just more of the same; let's go recruit a GM and some coaches who can breathe some new life into the franchise, look at things fresh, think outside the box. We don't need more NBA re-treads and house-men. Get someone from outside the sport. The Bulls are exhibit A in what a good-guy, good-character team concept gets you ... no guarantee whatsoever of success but years of mediocrity, re-trenching, phony coaching changes, bad drafting, horrible negotiating, and alibi upon alibi. Aren't you jokers tired of this nonsense ... yet the system is so gerry-rigged that there is little hope for change. If mope's continue to fill the seats in the big building, buy the vendors wares, and invest themselves in this mess, there is no impetus for change. It is time to start taking licenses, naming names, and getting a ground game started to get the rascals out of town. If you're going to the UC to spectate, at least bring along brown bags, nose-clips and be seen/heard. It's time to "out" the agents that make these ludicrous salary demands, get rich at our expense and identify them as part of the problem. It's time to demand a sports media that lambastes a local sports franchise when warranted rather than confining criticism to the yokels that make-up sports talk radio. With the intellectual caliber of fandom in this town, the Bulls, like a certain messiah-like politician and his cronies, continue to demonstrate how you can make people believe just about anything.
