Night starts bad, gets a lot worse

Full story: Chicago Tribune

With so many lowlights, it's tough to know where to begin dissecting the Bulls' 116-74 drubbing at the hands of the Trail Blazers Wednesday night at Rose Garden.

That was Brutal to watch, Man Portland is Stacked, unlike any team that I have seen in a long time, they all seem like each other, and could care less about stats, I wish the Bulls were more like that Portland Team, we are not going to come back with much left in the tank, we already look completely gassed!

Back to reality. How embarrassing can it get. Where is defense and what is Noah doing? This team needs help down low very quickly otherwise it will be a copy of last year and Del Negro will be looking for a job!!! A trade is badly needed. Hughes talks about minutes but how does he deserve more when his shooting is so bad Ben Gordon is one dimensional and when that doesn't work the result is 40% shooting percentage or worse. That is a pathetic statistic.Thabo has actually done well with very few minutes. As for Tyrus that is a lost cause and the sooner one admits it the better. You certainly don't want to embarrass and discourage Rose who is the white bright light.

This was the most pathetic display of NBA basketball I have ever seen. This team is an embarrassment. It is filled with knuckleheads who will never win and will never get it. Blow this team up before they contaminate Rose.

Maybe the Bulls should just go with a 5 guard lineup. The so called front line exists in name only.

Agreed keep these BOZO`S away from Rose-ie tyrus-Hughes, Noah, these guy`s are the poster children for NBA knuckleheads, please get them away from Rose Now! I was hoping Rose would go crazy in the Rose Garden, that would have been amazing, Rose goes crazy in his namesake instead, his season lows in points and assists, This was humiliating Big Time!

It was an amazing game to watch. I am in shock, I have never seen such a poor effort in every aspect of the game. Nearly more turnovers than assists is a pretty spectacular feat.

As a huge buls fan this is what I cant understand.
- Larry Hughes starting off the game with more shots than passes
- Drew Gooden and his jump shot from 20 feet. Not to mention his wonderful passing skills.
- Ben Gordon still making rookie turnovers
- Aaron Gray starting
- Why Tyrus looks like he is on speed every time he touches the ball
- Not tonight, but why Luol Deng cant make a jump shot

Thats it. I have a headache. Too frustrating.

Bulls Rebuilding Process: Step 1) Fire John Paxson. Step 2) Fire John Paxson. Step 3)Fire John Paxson -- and finally Step, 4) For the love of god FIRE JOHN(I drafted Tyrus over Brandon Roy and gave away LaMarcus Aldridge, drafted Noah over Thaddeus Young, Hawes, and Al Thornton, could have had Al Jefferson, Kevin Martin and on and on and on) PAXSON! And ditch Noah and Thomas on some deserted island for lost souls replacing them with some 6'9 to 6'11 Chicago inner city street ballers/thugs.

The Bulls should blow this team up and try to to stockpile draft picks, you cannot have theses players playing with Derreck Rose, now I see why Skiles didn't care to much for Tyrus Thomas. I have never seen so many selfish players in my life, what a frickin joke, I have never seen a team full of players who can't shoot but always taking shot after shot and missing.

Paxson has got to go!

This is f*#&ing ridiculous. I am sick and tired of this terrible Bulls team. Everyone on this team s*cks! The fans that have followed this franchise through the misery of the last decade deserve way more than the product we're being given, especially since you've had ten years to put it together. People say this casually but it's true: Rose is the only thing worth keeping on this team. Nobody on this team is good. Nobody's fun. Nobody's interesting. Nobody likes each other. Nobody talks to each other. PAXSON DOES NOT NEED TO BE FIRED. HE NEEDS TO STEP DOWN! This guy was once a legend in this town. Paxson, every day this continues, is a day that we hate you more. You are NOTHING to Chicago anymore. You do not have the capability to general manage a team. ADMIT THAT AND MOVE ON. Your job is to do what's best for this Bulls team. And the best thing for this team is for you TO LEAVE. Please leave now. You are embarrassing yourself. And take all these losers you drafted with you. I thought your one saving grace was that you brought in "good hard-working people". None of these players work hard. They're all losers that give up at the first sign of adversity. You weren't even happy when the only thing good that happened to the Bulls organization happened this year - they got the first pick. Instead of smiling and showing us why you love to be a Bull, you frowned and mumbled, "Now we do the work". Whatever dude. Do the work somewhere else. You s*ck. I speak for the entire city.

I want my cable fee back for those 2.5 hours I watched this display of crap. If this game didn't make Jerry Reinsdorf throw up then nothing will. Bulls can't score. That's a fact. Now, they refuse to play defense too. Only Lindsey Hunter had enough guts to guard his man. Del Negro would have had more success if he had sent out 5 stationary scarecrows onto the floor.
John Paxon you've turned the Bulls into the LA Clippers of this decade.

If this game didn't make Jerry Reinsdorf throw up then nothing will.

The only game Ole Jerry cares about is the money game. Get a Cheap coach, a Cheap 1st time GM,and stay under luxury cap. Then take the Mpney from the suckers who came to the house MJ built and continue to. What Smucks!

what difference would deng have made? this team is terrible right now, i would trade everyone but the rook, pax needs to clean house, he created this mess. as bad as we need bigmen, he gets two of the worst bust in the nba , gray and noah, they are slow, cant jump, plays erratic, cant shoot, get their shots blocked 70% of the time, last night was a pathetic showing, no interior defense, you cant expect the rook to bail you out every night, these vets have to step it up, gordon has turned into a selfish ass ball hog, he is playing for himself and a contract, how is it that the rook can play through a injured back but deng TWEEKS his hamstring and sits out the game, these so-called core guys are a bunch of wusses, the rook has more heart than all of them, and what the hell was pax thinking trading for thomas? he gives chandler away, didnt give j r smith a chance, passes up gay, horton, roy, for thomas and noah? pax better fix this garbage as soon as possible or his days will be numberd

Just like in the NFL, a team's progress is hindered when you misfire on your first round picks over and over. Rose will be fine, but neither Noah nor Thomas can play at all. They simply do not have good basketball skills, they were never taught them, and you can't learn these things in the NBA, it's too late by then. Two straight blown lottery picks. Throw in the fact that Gordon and Deng, the two previous lottery picks, are very ordinary, limited, role player types, and you have a blueprint for long-term failure. It's just really bad scouting all in all.

Its all pretty blunt here. Outscored by 47 points at one point in the game. Hello. Has that ever happend to the Bulls in their history? Everyone above is just flabbergasted that we see players the Bulls passed on with very high draft choic possibilities coming back to kick our xxx. Now its 5-7. Who predicts the next win. How many for this year. Let's take a poll right now.
I say they'll win 37, tops. Any takers?

This just exposes that Paxson is over his head having Alderidge and Thomas on the court as well as Noah tells it all.
