Chicago Bulls blown out 107-86

Full story: Chicago Tribune

Commissioner David Stern joked before Thursday's Game 3 that Bulls Chairman Jerry Reinsdorf had called him The Grim Reaper for Stern's propensity to make home teams lose when he attends playoff games.

All of the posts above me are all right on the money...

But besides all the turnovers, one on one playing, lack of ball movement, missed free throws, awful defense on Rondo/Big Baby, and everything else I will leave unmentioned... I gotta give it to the Celtics... They played like a championship team and they were all over us on the defensive. They contested EVERY shot, smothered who ever had the ball and played SPECTACULAR help defense. We had absolutely NO room to even breath- let alone dribble the ball and create a shot.

However, I am not giving up on our team unless we lose Sunday. Then I think it would be safe to say it's over... Like Nada said we'll all be sing a different tune if we win Game 4...

And if we lose the series- OH WELL... we werent even supposed to be in the playoffs and even when we got in we ALL new the biggest benefit would be gaining experience for the future... what'd you think we're supposed to win a chip?

Maybe Vinny NOW understandfs why it's important to have time outs at the end of games. You can't leave winnable games on the court. Once again, he had nothing to offer this team while they were on the court floundering.

This was an old fashion butt whupping.

As much as I love the kid Rose, he is really gonna have to learn to be a btter player defensively. He should pick up Rondo at mid-court, the Bulls should trap him even. do something to take away his rhythm and timing, force the Celtics should start their offense with less time on the clock. Personally, Rondo would get a heavy dose of Hinrich and Hunter. he's running roughshod over the Bulls Namely Rose. Today just reminded me how Young this team is and how inexperienced Vinny del Negro is as well.
The next game will be importan/interesting not only because they need the win, but how they respond, how Vinny will be able to devise NEW strategies, and HOW Rose is able to rebound from his terrible game.

The Bulls exceeding expectations this year and as the season comes to a close Pax has to look at the roster and make a deal for a low post presence. It looks like the young players were reading their press clippings. The first two games in Boston the Bulls played free and easy without pressure or playing with "house money". This was the first game that the Bulls faced playoff pressure and expectations.
And they reverted to one on one play and no player with a defined role as they played disjointed. Stick a fork in them they are done.

Rondo and Big Baby Davis look like the two best players in the playoffs; which is absurd. Were are the adjustments? Knock Rondo's lame *** down. The Celts look tougher and more determined than the Bulls. Where is the toughness?

The Bulls were exposed 4 what they are. A 2 man team with ZERO coaching and discipline. I hope Gordon leaves and comes back 2 torch the Bulls 4 years.

Just how did the Bulls "exceed expectations" this year, Bloomie.
They had good talent coming in and then lucked into the top pick of the draft and they only went 41-41.
What expectations did YOU have for them.
The Bulls, so far, have exceeded NOBODY's expectations.

Bulls "fans" in the United Center: you are a disgrace!!! Instead of supporting your team you were sitting on your hands, then you started to boo, when your team needed you the most. The team didn't play their best but come on, you could hear the pin drop. Either make some noise or save your money, and go back to your pathethic lives where you choose not to make the difference. Next time somebody mentions Chicago is a great sports town I am going to puke. GO BULLS!!!

Bulls' fans had every reason to lay into this team tonite.
This was awful.
This season, as a whole, hasn't been very good.

Where are the stupid homers now that were claiming a sweep last week?
This is why everybody in the country hates the Bulls, Bears and Cubs...it's because their fans are total jagoff homers that really don't have a clue about sports...they just sit around with their fantasies and promises....then later fall back on excuses, goats, cats, and Bartman.
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSERS! HAHAHA!

This usually happens in playoff series where one team is better than the other and there's a surprising split on the higher seed's homecourt in the first two games. That better team almost always destroys the lower seed in the third game because the lower seed gets a false sense of security playing at home. ---- Rose was very disappointing. Good players don't have two bad performances in a row. Very disappointing.

When you get into the playoffs, teams with the most balance advance. Seriously flawed teams (like the Bulls) don't. Boston is beating the Bulls like a drum on the inside at both ends of the court. As a result tThe Bull have two more games left this year.

Until the Bulls add some MEN in the paint they will never get past the first playoff round or two.

Rose is currently over-rated as hell.
I want to see how this board's Rose butt-lickers talk tomorrow.

Allen/Rondo/Pierce combined for 62. Also, the Bulls out-rebounded the Celtics 45-37. Hardly getting dominated inside.

Try again.
