Chicago Bulls blown out 107-86

Full story: Chicago Tribune

Commissioner David Stern joked before Thursday's Game 3 that Bulls Chairman Jerry Reinsdorf had called him The Grim Reaper for Stern's propensity to make home teams lose when he attends playoff games.

I'm thoroughly disgusted with the performance. Not by the fact they got blown out, but HOW they got blown out. Every...single...time...they were on the verge of making some sort of run, they would do something idiotic. I hate to single one player out, but Brad Miller has pissing me off the last 2 games. I don't know why, but his turnovers are the ones that make me upset the most. I knew it was going to be a bad night when they started missing all their free-throws. Despite the fact they blew this game...I still have confidence that we can come back and even this series. If they lose Sunday....this series might well be over.

I'll say this one more time. If Rose doesn't buckle down with defense on Rondo we're in deep trouble. Then you combine that with tons of unforced turnovers..WOW...we're crediting that to Celtic defense?!?!?! What game was everyone else watching...
1. take care of the ball
2. Play tougher defense on ROndo>we should be embarassed that this scrub is averaging a triple double.
3. Ball movement
4. It's OK for Brad to sit on the bench sometimes...he hasn't been in the flow of the game these last 2,,,,turnovers.

This game was embarrassing. Outhustled, poor execution, sloppiness and too much one on one dribbling. I feel bad for the people that actually paid to be there. I at least got to turn the channel to the Sox game.... oh that was ugly too. But at least the Cubs..... never mind. The Bulls better turn it around on Sunday or look for an earlier than expected vacation.

Pathetic effort. This team needs to be blown up. Tyrus Thomas is a bum.

I agree with you. One of those nights and it had to happen in front of the home crowd. Wow I was so disappointed, words can't explain. I'm not sure who to blame this game too, but Brad Miller has been pissing me off the last 2 games also, playing sloppy basketball. Move on to game 4.

I could not watch the game after like 5-6 minutes to half-time. Countless turnovers, missing free throws.. Against Boston?! It was clear that the Bulls were for a long night.

I am sorry to say but, I expected this. It seemed too easy for the team. They came out tight, they made too many sloppy passes, Ben was his usual self, "if I have the ball, I am going to shoot(so the Celts double team him until he shot!, surprise!). The team stopped playing team ball and they were crushed. Can they get it back? Maybe. But, there is a reason they were 41-41. It is terrible when Big Baby "sprints" away from Gordon for a layup. He killed the team, again.

Do not be frustrated or discouraged, Bulls fans. Just come back and strike hard next time. If we lose confidence and give up ourselves, we won't have any chance. Stay positive and fight back. Go Bulls!

It's not over. The Bulls just dropped their pants and showed us their mystery meat. That's what we have with this team and it's what we've had for 3 to 4 years now. Things get to going a little well for them and they are suddenly too busy posing as winners to actually be winners.

This is nothing new. This is still the team that could beat Cleveland, Denver, & Orlando, then lose to Charlotte.

Don't give up yet. Once they get themselves far enough down again they might reappear as winners. Who knows. Just watch them. Laugh at them. Enjoy them however you can but don't take them seriously. That's their job. It's how they successfully always turn themselves back into pumkpins just in time for midnight.

The Bulls were exposed 4 what they are. A 2 man team with ZERO coaching and discipline. I hope Gordon leaves and comes back 2 torch the Bulls 4 years.

Unless by some miraculous intervention Vinny learns how to coach and not get lucky, we may still have a shot!

woa, he is no scrub...he is a top tier point guard, and is playoff tested, i would rather have him as my point guard right now then rose.

Had to go to class and missed the game. Good thing. How was the coaching? Did VDN make ANY adjustments like doing something to stop Rondo? Or coming up with some plays for Rose?

Exactly...Brad Miller's turnovers or lack of aggressiveness pisses me off the most too. He's either too old or too lazy to jump. He also has no handles and have no business trying to dribble the ball. How many rebounds or loose balls could he have gotten if he decided to actually jump or dive for the ball? He's just a reincarnation of Luke Longley and he has me cursing and trowing things almost everytime he touches the ball. I just hate a shoft big man...
