UConn played a really good game. Not great, but that had to do with Missouri's style of play. UConn played tough and just played a little better. I watch lots of college hoops and I've never heard of the Missouri players, but I was impressed. No mediocre team was beating Missouri this year. My only problem was that the U. of Phoenix dome was half full. Why not play at the Suns basketball arena if you're only going to put 20,000 in there. The atmosphere at the Garden in Boston looks a lot better. That's my only gripe. Well done UConn against a hard-working team.

I just wanted to take a moment before we get on the plane to tell Jeff Jacobs that I make more in a week then you make all year and my defined benefit pension plan with the state would make you cry. Can you even say "Defined Benefit pension plan?"

Suck it Motown Man! We did it! Big win for the Huskies. They didn't play their best against a pesky Missouri team but they pulled it out. I'm so happy for Coach. He makes this fellow Windham County resident proud!

The only thing that kept this game close was a brief period of poor shooting & ball handling, and some VERY lackadaisical refereeing.

Way to go Huskies!

Any self-respecting UCONN fan should not be proud about the Huskies going to the Final Four under these circumstances. I understand that fans don't care about the alleged recruiting violations as long as the team wins. But being accused of cheating is serious stuff.

Some of you Calhoun apologists sound more pro-UCONN than Joe D. It's pretty sickening. I love the Huskies, but I don't feel all that great when my team breaks the law.

Kemba was awesome, baby! He'll be fun to watch for the next few years.

And those free throws. Without them, UConn would have lost the game. Way to put 'em down, Huskies.

A wonderfully exciting game! A great win!

How I wish the UConn-haters would turn their limited attention span to checkers or tiddlywinks.

ON TO THE FINAL FOUR!

GO HUSKIES!!!!!

I was at Senior Day against Notre Dame and I cheered those players that have put so much hard work and effort into the program. After Jerome Dyson went down this year the team played hard and has really come together. How much can you say about Stanley Robinson and Kimba Walker in today's game. Hasheem changed shots and Jeff came up with a great defensive game and A.J. always hits a big shot when you need it.
So...now it is on to Ford Field in Detroit and the Final Four. Good luck there and thank you for a great season of thrills. A special thanks to the seniors who we have cheered for four years, a job well done, but the journey is not over and hopefully there are two more wins in the tank.
GO HUSKIES !!!!!

It was exciting, and they deserve it with their hard work.

But don't worry about the haters. They get off on the attention. Just remember what kind of a pathetic, shriveled up mind it takes to spend time putting up those posts. They surely have the emotional development of a child.
