This involved more pressure than taking a game-winning shot. It also bore far greater implications than any outcome on the basketball court.

You use religion as a means to circumvent reality. Why not respond to the effects that unnatural sexual deviancies has had in our society and the world, especially when children have been expose to it. How can you or anyone dismiss that the homosexual propaganda has not had a major influence in the unprecedented growth of sexual crimes, to included the sexual abuse of children, youth suicide and murders. Take the time to read the FBI crime reports since the late sixties, and compare them to the growth of tolerance as a result of said propaganda influencing the general public, your stomach will turn the next time you hear about a child being sexually abuse, unless you are immoral.
Look at you, you're just copy/pasting this same drivel to anyone that doesn't agree with your beliefs. You probably plagiarized it too. Do you actually have an original thought in that sheeple head of yours?

Justin, 20+ years researching these things with a passion says I'm not wrong.
Horus was born on December 25th of the Virgin Isis Mary, his birth was accompanied by a star in the east and upon his birth he was adored by three Kings at the age of 12 he was a prodigal child teacher that age of 30 he was baptized by a figure known as Anup and thus began his ministry.Horace had 12 disciples he traveled out with performing miracles such as healing the sick and walking on water horus was known by many gestural names such as the truth the life God's anointed son The good shepherd and many others ..after being betrayed by Typhon horus was crucified, buried for 3 days and resurrected. On the walls of Luxor Egypt are images of the annunciation the miracle conception the birth and the adoration of Horace. The images begin with Thoth announcing to the virgin Isis that she will conceive for Horus then Neft, the Holy Ghost impregnating thr virgin and then the virgin birth and the adoration this is exactly the story of Jesus's miracle conception. Now lets look at jesus, Jesus Christ: he was born of the Virgin Mary on Dec 25th in Bethlehem. His birth was announced by a star in the east which 3 kings followed to locate and adorn the new Savior he was a child teacher at 12 and the age of 30 was baptized by John the Baptist and thus began his ministry. Jesus had 12 disciples (a reoccuring number in the bible) which he travelled about with performing miracles. He was also known as king of kings etc..after being betrayed by his disciple judas, he was crucified placed in a tomb and three days later was resurrected and ascended into heaven. This Sequence among MANY, is completely ASTROLOGICAL. The star in the east is sirius, the brightest star in the night sky which on December 24th aligns with the three brightest stars in Orion's belt these three bright stars are called today what they were called ancient times the three Kings and the three kings and the brightest star Sirius, all point to the place of the sunrise on December 25 th...this is why the 3 kings follow the star in the east, to locate the sunrise the "birth of the sun". The Virgin Mary is the constellation Virgo also known as Virgos the Virgin Virgo in Latin means Virgin Virgo was also referred to as the house of bread and the representation of Virgo is a virgin holding a sheaf of wheat. This house of bread and symbol of wheat represents August and September the time of harvest, in turn ,Bethlehem in fact, literally translates to house of bread .Bethlehem is thus a reference to the constellation Virgo a place in the sky not on earth. Now, December 25th ...from the summer to winter solstice the days become shorter colder and from the perspective of the northern hemisphere the sun appears to move south and get smaller and more scarce the shortening of the day is an expiration of the crops when approaching the winter solstice, symbolize the process of death to the ancients. it was the death of the sun and by December 22 the sun's demise was fully realized For the sun continually moving south for six months makes it to his lowest point in the sky. Here a curious thing occurs. the sun stops moving south at least percievably for 3 days. And during this 3 day pause the sun resides in the vicinity of the SOUTHERN CROSS or CRUX constellation.
Yo Water, you're right and I'm sure you know so this is for everyone else, that there is over 30 other men/beings in recorded history that exactly fit the "HERO/Christ" description that some predates Jesus by 10,000+ years.

Christians murdered and stole the Pagan's beliefs and numerous other beliefs and put them together and passed them off as their own. Nobody stood at the foot of god and witnessed anything. It's a myth created for power and control.

Don't take my word for it, research it yourselves. It's all out there for you to read.

Thank you! The problem is, people find it "taboo" to speak of because that is what mom and pop raised them on and they feel that it is somehow an attack to them and their parents. They dont ever question their religion because their religion tells them not to, "just obey".

It's all about controlling the sheep. Mission accomplished.

I again will tell you that apathy within our society is a direct result of a misguided fears to act on what might not directly affect us. Morality is the main order of survival for a society and yes it is intertwine with religion, a proven benefit that you and others like you wish to overlook. None the less my issue with the gay movement has nothing to do with my faith, but I will credit my faith for the strength to treat those who abused others with dignity and respect.
Now you give me a logical answers as to why you would need to go to your neighbor's house and tell their kids about homosexuality ( It's the essence of the homosexual movement ), then the next day (equality) you friend goes back to the same kids and informed them about bestiality and what could be wrong with a man or woman loving animals (sex obviously), followed by day after days of information on the loving relations of incest and continuing with the hundreds of sexual deviancies.
Jusayin don't give me your generic answers that I don't understand, because of my religion(?) answer why you see no problem with the above question and I'll probably get to understand you better.

Water boy you said "I dont use religion for sh!t guy...Im not for homosexuals at all...I dont support gays nor their sick activities...Im simply pointing something out to Ginobili. He uses the bible and religion as a means to fit his argument, as long as its convenient for him...got it?"

I'm well aware that religions have been used to commit atrocities, the homosexual catholic priest being a case and point related to this thread, I also believe that some of the benefits that we share are as a result of the mom and pop teachings that you most eloquently demeaned in your post. I believe in an Devine Being and used to question as well those who literally followed the bible teaching, I don't anymore because I have found them to be better group of people than most who attack them. Don't be offended, you have given me no reference to include you in the afford mentioned group. I conclude by asking you if you believe that gay marriage should be allowed, even though you call their activity sick, I just want to better understand your posts. Thank you...

Morality is high with some and low with others from birth. Religion can help boost it in some and so can just accepting responsibility for your actions and being the best you can be to yourself and others each and every day. Treat others how you wish to be treated. Religion isn't necessary for having high morals and values and setting high standards for yourself and who you choose to associate with.

Juan, I don't know one person who is for equality that is going door to door telling kids that homosexuality is ok and then having their friend follow up the next day saying that beastiality is ok too and then as if that weren't bad enough, telling those same poor and now demented children that incest is ok now too!

If that's happening in your neighborhood why aren't you and your god doing something to save those poor children? Why hasn't your morality kicked in and why are you on Topix when their lives and future's are at stake?

You're damn right! It also goes beyond mom and dad's influence as it's in our schools (was a huge part of my schooling. I graduated HS in '93), on our money and it's the norm to talk about being a christian on just about every channel and even our presidents have rammed the point home that they're christian and what decisions they make for our nation is based on their faith's. Basically, we're being brainwashed every which way we turn.

Quit acting as an ignorant fool, to avoid answering the questions. the reference to you going into your neighbor's house, referred to your homosexual agenda and activities being force fed to our kids through the media and other sources in to our homes. The reference to your friends is that of other groups who believe in bestiality, incest etc... will use the same arguments as homosexuals to further their platform of acceptance by the general public (entering your neighbor's house the next day to influence the kid as well, you the homosexuals agenda did, get it). Yet you are not tolerant of the other sexual deviant groups, why? Is it because it's against your religion maybe as taught to you by your mom & pop?

I have no homosexual agenda. I'm a straight man who's married to a funny, smart and gorgeous wife and we've got 2 awesome children. I am for equality for all though.

You also need to stop projecting too. You keep saying my friends are pushing gayness and doing animals and their own family members on poor innocent children. Juan, seriously...if this is what your friends are doing you can call your local police department and remain anonymous. It's ok, you and your friends can make it through this rough patch. Tell you what, I'll even pray for you.(;
