I think they have to go 3-1 or 4-0 to win the division. Greinke could very will beat them again the end of the week.

Yes - The Twinks need to win 3 of 4 or their chances are almost nill or in hope of a "miracle." Of course, the prize for such feat would be the much loved, NY Yankees (Junkee$).

I hope I am wrong, but two games will be the closes the Twins will get to first place. That's just how their season has gone. I also know that they have been plaged by injuries.
I remember early in the season Cuddyer and Gardy poo pooing three or four games where the Twins blew big leads in late innings. Now those games will come back to haunt them. We would be in first place. The games in April count just as much as the games now. That kind of attitude is for losers

It will be a fun series to follow. There have been miracles in sports. There's no reason that one can't happen in Detroit. The Twins will need good pitching. Unfortunately, the Twins have no one on the staff who can simply shutdown Detroit for seven innings, which means that the Twins will have to be able to hit Tiger pitching. If the Twins can take 3 out of 4, they have a chance.

Just what the Twins didn't need, a rainout in game 1. This will definitely make it tougher to take 3 out of 4 from the Tigers. I imagine they will have to play a doubleheader in this series now and it is a tall order to take both games of a doubleheader. Go twins.
