I guess when you say "outfielder," what you really mean is "hitter".

We've had a couple of great defensive outfielders. One is Endy Chavez. One is Mike Cameron. A third was that kid we didn't keep, Carlos Gomez.

I would rank Beltran fourth after these three.

Willie Mays, the best of all, played for the Mets, but he was out of gas.
