Pete Orr hit a tiebreaking single in the ninth inning and the Washington Nationals beat Atlanta 2-1 on Thursday night, hours after the Braves were eliminated from playoff contention.

They didnt lose on Orr's single they lost because of bad base running.

There is always next year...

Can't wait to see what Braves management saddles us with next year. Other teams have pitchers, and hitters, and speed on the base paths. Why can't the Braves scouts find us some of those guys?

Well, next year is Bobby's last year, and I'll bet Chipper pulls the plug, too. Then McCann will be the only hitter left.
