Will new ownership erase the Curse? Cubs fans will be more willing to answer "yes" if the Ricketts family signs off on a Jake Peavy deal.

This article pretty much sums up the way ANY Thinking fan should go into spring training feeling. Half the starting staff have arm, problems, Lee seems on the decline, Bradley has physcial and Mental problems plus the whole outfield is iffy. Let's forget Peavy UNLESS one or more of our starters break down in spring "training", ain't going to happen. If it does, the price will be very,very high!!!! Soto looks solid but don't forget, This is only his second season and we have not proven back-up. He may wind-up having a Hall-of_fame career but_____? I guess being in the WEAK Central Division gives us hope for the PLAY-OFFS.

If the CUBS don't find a place to play Micah Hoffpauier, they don't deserve to win the pennanent. This guy can flat out hit!!!!!!
