I am not trying to 'dis him. He can be a great asset in the proper role, which is not as a starter. I think the start Micah crowd must be the same folks who think Ben Gordon is a starting Guard.

Unfortunately with Bush starting the wrong war at the wrong time in Iraq, most Illinois national guard have been deployed 2-3 times or more and Obama is in no hurry to bring them back. Manimal will attack while we are in this weakened state and probably suceed. Maybe if the Cubs can win a few, stem the tide and give Pat Quinn time to come up with a contingency plan.
