Kyle Farnsworth always enticing, always disappointing

Rick Sutcliffe, on ESPN, actually predicted the Royals would win the central division. I always thought he was smarter than he obviously is. The Royals giving Farnsworth a big 2 year contract is an example of why they are and continue to be basement dwellers.

KC will NOT win the Central. People just like to make these predictions because if by some stroke of luck it actually does happen, they can go all "I told ya so!" on everyone. Stupid.

Farnsworth used to hang out all night partying and then coming to the park, sometimes straight from the party.

I worked with a guy that was dating a stripper awhile back when he was with the Cubs. My friend was at the party and left and came back after the bars closed around 4 in the morning. Farnsworth was at the party when he got there.

My buddy had to leave for work around 9. He asked Farnsworth if he had a game that day and he said he was going to be leaving soon. It was a one o'clock game against the Sox at the Cell. He gave up a homer to Konerko that day.

That's why he's so bad.

Well Said. Rick and whoever else predicts the Royals to win the division are smoking something. The Sox will. The Tigers dont have any decent pitchers, the Indians dont have enough pitching depth and their defense is horrible, The Twins will be lost with Mauer's bat and his gamecalling, and the Royals are never a threat. Farnsworth proved that.
