It's a testimony to the kind of hitter Mauer is that he can effectively DH versus one of the better lefties in the AL. Butera makes this feasible and he is a good back up catcher. Morneau is coming along slowly, but it is sad to be without him this much - he's an integral part of the team.
As of this post, Baker has pitched very well and is holding a slim lead. This is the Baker the Twins signed to a long term deal!

great pick up with capps another loser for this loser of o club fits right in with the rest of these losers, when will the twins management wake up and go get players who have great work effort and put some mussle behind their play instead of players with excuses, this twins team is the worst twins team ever.
