The tribe is now faced with a situation where they must make the most out of a bad situation. Shipiro's time for trading to upgrade has long passed. Many teams have given away good potential by trading in mid-saeason. Shipiro has got to get off his hind end in the off season. He wasted opportunities this past winter.How could he possibly think this group was ever going to contend. Last year was special, but you can't sit on your personal glory and let things slip away.You must strive to get better, if you don't, then you only get worse.
