I didn't know Quentin was Carl Crawford?

Well, this is an interesting group we have on this board.
Dragon has flown the coop.
Joe C and Adam from Indiana are MIA.
Don is still around and we heard from Jersey Joe today. Whatever is still himself and Patrick and Lake Bluff are back from vacation. If I failed to mention anyone -oh sorry J. Seville - my apologies.
My only regret is that my prediction of 120-42 was way off base. I was right about Ramirez, however. Other than that - WRONG!

No such report on ESPN. His name is Carl Crawford and he plays for TB and is an outfielder.

To all my Chicago White Sox fans this maybe my last post of the week because my job is in jeopardy. The bad thing is that I have to pay for school and this was the easiest job on earth. I was getting paid to post comments on my team and listen to music while I was doing my real job. Basically sitting on my a-s-s all day listen to other people b-i-t-c-h about there day. I was not working hard but was still getting paid like I was. Working both the factory and sit in front of a cpu all day jobs, I have come to realize that sitting in front of a cpu is not all bad but it is when people that sweat in a factory is getting paid way less than you are in the a/c. Sorry for carrying on here. I feel that I will not be back until my senior year at college starts. I will still be here until 7pm because I need all the ot I can get. It is and will always be all about the Sox. GO SOX!!!

Side note; Sox singed Beckham today.
Second, and of greater concern to the Sox playoff hopes, Lance Broadway has apparently parlayed 10 improbably strong innings last season into a starting gig despite a terrible performance in AAA this season. Broadway has been comically hittable this season in Charlotte, allowing an average of 10.4 H/9.
As if that wasn't bad enough, it gets worse; or rather Broadway has gotten worse as the season has grown. Since May 1st, that hit rate has risen to an astonishing 12.0 H/9, leading to an ERA of 5.89 and an RA of 6.68. Worse yet, in his last ten starts, he owns an ERA of 7.27 with a hit rate of 13.2 H/9. To say that those numbers are not indicative of a pitcher who is likely to succeed at the major league level is a massive understatement.
You said the same about Quentin and Ramirez -so I am sure that Broadway will now pitch a one hitter. Thank you for your reverse karma.

Not to needle - but (Lake Bluff, Javy, 12 Down 2 to go, and Dulcinea) you also said that Danks and Floyd would be 5-15. They are now 21-10.
I agreed with you on these two - but we are proven wrong. I think they should go to a 4 man rotation - remember Buerhle on 3 days rest?- the only problem is Javy - he won't do it.

Don why would you make such a clearly racist and mean-spirited comment about Chico on #12? I thought Chico was your friend. His son is reading this. You're better than that Donny.
Your schtick is more tired than Yakov Smirnoffs.

You know DJ, this is the best board I've seen in my entire sporting career -- and we're talking six decades. Does that make me the greatest? Yes!
