Rockies would have lost game 5 in Philly so it's a moot point. Besides, if you want the title, you need to play better than wildcard ball. Then again, you are a baseball manager for a championship team and know better than people who actually get paid to play ball, right?

Awww, PI, my friend- ease up on Street. He's very young. Barmes could have gotten even ONE HIT in the eighth and knocked in a run or two (0 for 15 in the playoffs), or if Tulo had performed post-season (gets caught half-swing with winning runners on base), or if Street hadn't been up against the best middle batting lineup in the MLB- well, if wishes were fishes...

Let's take this as a positive thing, I mean look at how far out of it the Rocks were a few months ago. Jim Tracy took over, props to Clint Hurdle for his effort, and the kids turn it around making the post season which none of us thought was possible. This is a fine YOUNG team and I see a very bright future for them as long as the Monforts don't trade our shiners as they have in the past.
