Trade for Cabrera and Teixeira and A-Rods production is not missed. And you get a bonus, a 3b who can catch pop-ups! Phillips has no pop! Shelley Duncan is reminiscent of Dick Stuart at 1b or Doctor Strangeglove.

How do you suppose to get Cabrera or Texeira? Do you think those teams won't ask for Chamberlain, Hughes, Kennedy or Melky in return? Forget the rotisserie fantasies. The combination of Andy Phillips at 3rd and Shelley Duncan at 1st is enough to contend if the young arms are really as good as they looked this year. With them and a re-built bullpen you don't need to score 6 runs a game.

November 13 is the dead line to try sign AROD and I think the Yankees should signed him, Yanks without AROD is like a coffe milk without milk, nobody will set up his numbers and Im sure if they dont sing him they wont make the playoffs next years also the Blue Jays could beat them for the second place in their league, if they dont sing him they should bring Miguel Cabrera and Jhoan Santana if they want to keep figthing with the RED SOX which are also in the race for AROD, CABRERA AND SANTANA, so guys do something and release the suffering of your fans.
