Oh please, oh please let the rumors be true.
I will take a bag of used fungo balls for Wilt'n Milt'n Someone start a plane fare / eat the salary fund. I am ready to write a check. I think it would be suprising how much money Cub fans would pony up to cut this cancer out. He certainly is not a Cub. |

Shipping Bradley off to Detroit would be great for the Cubs and Sox. Addition by subtraction for the Cubs and the Tigers would surely fall out of the race if they were foolish enough to take on Milton "it's everyone's fault but mine" Bradley.

For you boys and girls out there, if you really want to keep your job, you'll do whatever your bosses tell you.
One of the things I have to do to keep my job, is I have to remain obsessed with the Cubs and make shiit up about them. Which is fine with me, seeing how I have played the role of the jilted ex-girlfriend for five years, now. If I keep making up bogus rumors, maybe I'll get one of the 30 front office jobs I've applied for over the past 25 years. |

Why is Steve Stone such as angry human being?
|

give us Placido Polanco and Edwin Jackson for Bradley and Hoffpauir and Fontenot

steve stone, back on page one. i guess he's running out of players to fight, so he's moved to tweeting. at least he knows where there's an audience.
wouldn't put it past detroit though. didn't they take jacque jones? |

Has Steve Stone have not gotten over the 2005 season yet? The year Sosa walked out on the last day of the baseball season. Not to mention that the Cubs where probably 9 or 10 games out of first anyway?

. . Package Bradley, Soriano and Zambrano together and you might get 5 Dozen Cracked Bats, 1 Gross used Batting Practice Balls and 2 Broken Lawn Mowers. But the cubs would still have to pay their salries for the rest of their contracts. And that is "ONLY" if the team taking them is in a generous mood. I can not think of 3 more worthless players in MLB. At least the rest will listen to reason to try and better themselves. These three will not!!! I equate getting rid of these three to cutting out cancer to save the patient. The patient may still suffer but it's chances for survival are 2000% better. |

This guy thinks he is multi-talented ?
I'm glad the Cubs have him he fits right in with all the rest of the overrated multi-talent they have........ |

I'm having this feeling that Milton Bradley is going to be traded out of Chicago this week, either to Detroit or Baltimore. I even heard a rumor that he's actually going to the Boston Red Sox.

How about seeing if Todd Hundley wants to make a comeback. He and Bradley would make for quite a one...two...punch in that lineup. Soto can then be shut down until next year.

Steve Stone is an excellent analyst, I'll give him that....but he's an arrogant gasbag who needs to stay on the South Side and mind his own business.
And as for Bradley, yeah he's had a tough year so far but I think the guy's going to come around.....and it might happen sooner than later if the fans would get behind the guy a little. |

Then you do not know much about the game of Baseball. |

Soto needs to stay off the pipe to be in better shape

Listen to the responses by Milton. This guy is certifiable.

Yeah, sure thing. Zambrano has an ERA+ of 126 and that is nearly identical to his career average of 128. His antics can be frustrating, but he is still a very good starting pitcher. I'm sure the Cubs could get some value for him in a trade.
The problem with Soriano and Bradley is that Hendry gave them too many years and too many dollars when he signed them. Soriano appears to be coming around and even Bradley is hitting better as of late. Unless you work for the Cubs or Wrigley Field, how can you know anything about whether these players listen to instruction or if their teammates consider them to be cancers?

JW Wheaton,
Stop posing as a Cubs fan. If you think Zambrano is worthless you either haven't been following the team or don't have a clue about the game of baseball. |

Admitting that Bradley was a big mistake, and trading him would be a good idea. But get someone that can help the team THIS year...not sometime in the future...and if he's going to be as harmful to the Tigers as he's been to the Cubs, trade him someplace where he won't help that otherb team in Chicagoland.

Chicago Cubs fans do their best to kill Milton Bradley..

We all know how the "trade Milton Bradley" rumor died.
