The Twins just need a new stadium paid for by taxing those cursed rich people.

he said, was basically about whether "we're going to step up, we gonna lay down or what are we going to do?"

Then they went out Sunday and lost 10-3, I guess they decided on the lay down plan.

Nice to see some leadership displayed by pick-off. Hopefully all this, and perhaps a new manager, turn the ship around.

this team is a joke from top to bottom. people can keep drinking the kool aid all day and continue to say it's early, but really, it isn't that early and i don't see any improvement coming anytime soon. lets face it, we have begun the rebuilding process one year early. next year: nathan, cuddy,(probably) delmon & liriano will all be gone. Which leaves us with a guy making a gazillion bucks that can't stay on the field, a first baseman that may never be the same, a centerfielder that thinks grounding out to second is actually a good thing, a bad starting rotation and everything else in between. i've been saying for months this team wouldn't finish any higher than thrid in the division. now third would be a major accomplishment. thanks bill smith for putting together this squad, thanks gardy for managing like a pansy, and thanks players for having no grit or passion. im out.

Hey joke, you seem to forget that 5 of the 9 starters are out. Young will be back shortly. Thome also. Nishioka has a good excuse with a broken foot. Morneau, I don't know about you but I see improvements with his bat in almost every at bat. It does take time to come back from a concussion. Concidering this was his third. Now, there are no excuses for the million dollar baby. Maybe a few less commercials with mommy and a few more hours in rehab and he can earn the 50,000.00 he makes in every at bat. With what we are paying him, who does he think he is dictating where he's going to play??? Get your candy a** out at shortstop so we can finally dump that goof Casilla.

How many of the starting/reflief pitchers are out? Giving up 10-13 runs most games

There is enough blame to go around. Why point your finger at one player? Except for Kuble, who never gets any credit from the manager, they are all playing like a bunch of little league girls(oops, sorry girls).
