Is there any chance Hoffpauir can become an acceptable outfielder so he has a chance of making the club next year? Will he be playing winter ball so he can get some outfield experience? He seems like he is a really good hitter but DLee is the man. Here's hoping Pie can have a good September at Wrigley and challenge Edmonds next spring for the center field job. Edmonds has done a nice job in center, however having a 39 year old center fielder doesn't sound good to me.
