one more Sox fans--they call that sweep!!!-
the white sox manager lost his third straight Saturday. he mishandled the pitching, mishandled the baserunning stradegy, mishandled the defense. Jim Leyland owns him in every aspect. As a sox fan I wish we could get a smarter manager, this one is not good.
but in the morning you will still live in Destroit |

Jenks needs to stop eating and learn how to pitch again. And Ozzie needs to stop thinking D.J. Carrasco is a good pitcher and stop using him in critical situations. All he is and all he will ever be is a long innings guy who should come in when a Sox starter gets pounded early. Why did the Sox get Tony Pena if they weren't going to use him?
Trade Jenks now and he and Ozzie suck. Good relievers do not blow 2 saves in a row and have that bad of an ERA, and Guillen blasts anyone who disagrees with him. the team wont play hard for him anymore, and again, Jenks sucks!!!!!
Fat boy blew another one! Hope Sox get it together soon or I'm sure changes will be made. Too many errors in field,no clutch ,poor execution, bull pen blowing up. What is puzzling allot of those errors & lack of fundamentals are cause by the veterans on team. The positive side is they are in a weak division & any kind of a run Sox could still take division.
Don't get too excited,Tigers aren't that good either. |
Time for Jinx to shave that stupid goatee. He looks like a fool, as Ozzie trots him in, to blow yet another game.
And Carrasco is NOT the answer, in that situation. Ozzie continues to puzzle, with his bullpen moves. |
Terrible pitch call by AJ on 0-2. Even worse pitch by Jenks. Adds up to a gift-wrapped win for Detroit. The less mediocre team won.
Last Time I checked Ozzie Guiilen has a World Championship and two division titles to his credit. You don't suddenly get dumb. I don't like him personally, he is an arrogant blow hole who often thinks with his rectum.
Trade Jenks? Yeah, right. They would have takers falling all over themselves to trade for him right about now. Good relievers DO blow 2 in a row and go through bad stretches. Jenks definately is ineffective recently and needs to find out what is wrong. You sure have a lot of inside information. The whole team has given up playing for Guillen huh? What other info did you get in the clubhouse in Detroit today after the game? One of the dumbest posts I have ever read. Your Twins got killed again today genius.

Great job Granderson, this game is ova
LOL, LOL let's sweep the south side trash tomorrow night |
time for Jenks to go on a diet again. lock up the refridge in the clubhouse. this is not going to be a pretty upcoming stretch. to many old slow horses left on base. third base is not the best position for Beckman, probably second base. resign Dye, let Thome go. resign Pods, put him back in left Quentin in right, Dye dh. let Colon, Jose Contr go NOW!

You read the stats. He is absolutely crap, not just for two games in a row, but for at least his last half-dozen appearances.
He's got arm problems or head problems. Send him to the docs and let them work on him to figure it out and correct it. Someone else needs to be closing while he is effed up. Hey, he was an unexpected find from the minors in 2005 after Dustin Hermanson got hurt. Maybe we just might find his replacement in the same place. Maybe that would be Poreda. Give him a chance. Necessity is the mother... and a mother... |

so ozzie...is it ok to start booing yet?
What a great game! It will all be over in a few days for the SU X.
Where is my pal Nada? |
o and what the hell was ozzie thinking trying to get a 4-out save outta fatjenks hahahaha he musta thought he had Kevin Gregg in the pen.
wheres that one kid who was makin fun of the tigers and cubs for not closin out games sox are cooooooked |

Parque should lend some of that human growth hormone to Jenks so he can get his fastball back.
Jenks was not beaten by clean hits, but he needs to work on his curve and slider and use as his strikeout pitvh. Ozzie wins by developing players that others have given up on. One of his stated techniques is to try to put them in situations that they can handle and not berating them for failing. Look at the Bulls: A player has a few bad games and he is on the pines for good. How far has it gotten them? Ozzie knows that the Sox are going to need to develop players rather than buy them. The Angels do both. The picked 3 times in the 1st round before the Sox and a total of 5 in the first round of the baseball draft. That is not Ozzie's fault. If you disagree with Ozzie's practice of sticking with players too long, that should be debated. I dont. IIf the Sox are to continue to develop other teams' castoffs, Ozzie needs to be the opportunity club, along with Oakland and Twins. |
