With the Marlins starting pitching giving such incredible starts, anything could happen. The Marlins have no margin for error.I am cautiously optimistic if the Marlins only lose 1 more game the rest of the season they could pull it out.

I dont think they'll make the playoffs. They must sweep the Phillies this weekend to have any chance. But at least they're in the hunt.

Marlins looking good. Seven in a row now.

But is it too late?

Tough games ahead with Phillies, Mets and those spoliers Nats!

Magic number is still 4 for the Cubs.

Ichiro has now 8 straight seasons of 200 hits or more.

Ben Sheets has elbow problems. He is in his free agent year, and looking for a big contract. Can you say Carl Pavano?

I see Lou from S.C. wanted to know how I know so much inside information. Not much of it is inside, but some is, and I know baseball people. That is all I am going to say. I can write a book, but I don't need the money.

And Lou, I would talk with anyone here. Even to Bullshark and his anti-Cub views.

I hope the Cubs do clinch before I go on my trip.

Angels, Red Sox and Rays are in. It is between the White Sox and the Twins for the final spot. Look like the Twins pitching is folding up fast.

N.L. East and West races are still going, Cubs looks like looks they are in now. Dodgers should be in, Mets and Phillies fighting for top spot.

I see Nomar is hurt again. He could have been a H.O.F. if he stayed in Boston.

I believe I read that Gregg blown 8 saves this year for the Marlins.

Rays in first place, and you can walk in to get prime seats in their stadium.

Something you will see at the new Marlins stadium in the years to come. I think you can do that now also.

How many times has Uggla strikeout?

Trade him before it is too late.

MARLINS SHOULD RETAIN DAN UGGLA; HE IS A GOOD PLAYER ALL AROUND BUT STRIKE OUT MAN. HE CAN IMPROVE THIS WEAKNESS ONLY THINKING IN CONTACT THE BALL. GREGG IS GOOD FOR RELIEVER ONLY BUT NOT AS CLOSER ANYMORE

It has been a very good season. I never expected this team to be over .500.

It could have been better, but what can I say...just keep winning baby!!!

"In 44 games in L.A., he's hitting .400 (64-for-160) with a .738 slugging percentage and 44 RBIs entering Thursday's games."

Where is that loser that was saying Manny sucked and would not help the Marlins?

Oh yeah, he is busy backtracking from that comment about now....

These Marlins are great. I wish Loria would consider buying the Dolphins.

Going for 9 in a row tommorrow. A sweep of the Phillies would be just what the doctor ordered. Hope Ramirez is ok to go although Amezega has filled in well as always.

Daily Horoscope for December 15

Sagittarius

A little tact goes a long way today, enabling you to navigate your way through what has the potential to be a tricky situation. Luckily, things will work out well and you'll be pleased with the way you handled everything. If you're talking to a neighbor or close relative, beware of raising their hopes about something if you already know that it won't be happening.
