Entertaining game. I questioned some of the pitching moves in the 8th though but to be fair the manager is hampered with the recent departures of Sherrill and Bradford. Going forward I would like to see Castilio be the first lefty out of the pen in key spots, Walker just dosen't have it this year.

I really don't know what to say about this one. This game just got away from the O's. I guess I could keep harping on the pitching, but at this point what's the use. Let's try to win the next two.

Baltimore fans should see the payout Newday says they get from the Yankees for losing games to them, MLB.com isinvestigating these reports after years of Orioles mysterious late chokes only against the Yankees. See who was sentin to protect a one run lead. Boycott thesefixed Orioles games now.

If I didnt know any better, I would have thought I was at a Yankees home game tonight. Where were the O's fans? The Yankee fans were loud and in high numbers. Sad when the Orioles are the visitor in their home stadium.

The O's continue to tread water in Lake Mediocraty. Get rid of the 30+'s now and try to emulate successful teams like Minnesota and Milwaukee.

All during the course of the year i have had fans come on here and say what improvement this team has made, how exciting they are to watch with there never give up attitude, That may all be true plus the fact that the hitting on this team has been even greater then anybody could have expected. But you know when you sit down that last monday morning with your sports page and drinking your coffee this team will still be in last place and the win loss record won't be that much better. Then you will say to yourself how can that be i know this team is better then what i have watched in the last 11 years, but people last place is still last place and with 6 guys on pace for over 20 home runs, 2 guy's in the top 10 in RBI's, a second baseman that is 1 2 in doubles and triples EVERYTHING WILL REALLY BE JUST THE SAME AS IT ALWALys WAS>
