Good shape? Hell, you think the New York Rangers are going to win the Stanley Cup (they have one Cup in 70 years) so maybe it is you who doesn't want to face the fact the Stinkees are not what they sterioded up to be.
Yeah good shape! 3rd best record in all of baseball. I would definatly say good shape. Middle of July and bringing up the Rangers,"Stinkees",a nd steroids?? Man it must suck to have zero life out in CA. Don't worry buddy, when you grow up you might actually find a few friends to hang with. By then you should be over the whole Rangers and steriods obsessions.

Yankees have two daddy's now. The Red Sox and The Angels! If you cannot beat these teams you may as well call it a season.
Face it, another Yankee team without the right stuff!
. Well it's really 4 daddies, the Phillies and the awesome nats.
Hahahahah 0-8 red sox 0-8 red sox Skankees countdown to another year of no playoffs. No fear my retarded Yankee fans next off season the Yankees will spend another 100 million for more losers

its sad all you can do is rip on the yankees got nothing good to say about the mets huh? oh yeah the mets suck in the worst division in baseball
how many daddies do the mets have 10 -12 maybe?
hey we are way ahead of last year with the record at the all star break
luckily the mets division is horrible if they were in the AL east they would be about 14 games out by now

haha Was wondering where all the haters were before this series started. Yanks lose 3 games after being on fire for acouple weeks and what do ya know they are out in full force. haha
Not the way I wanted the Yanks to go into the break but I will take the record at this point anytime. Start the second half only 3 games back after losing all 8 games to the sox in the first half. This team is in very good shape right now even if the haters don't want to face it.
u r missing the point my friend--they do not play well against top teams--how will they win in the playoffs?

Here's a few words when they play in Lala land, futility, pathetic, putrid.
You are welcome to join in!
I am glad Girardi feels comfortable with his starters going into the break, don't think most fans feel the same.

FYI Katman, the Angels were 6-1 against the BlowSox last season.
How did that work out for Halos last year? The Tribe was 1-6 against the Yanks in '07, how did that work out for the Yanks in the ALDS?
Point is, anybody who truly has knowledge of this game, knows the regular season doesn't mean that much when the playoffs arrive, it is who is playing well at THAT time!

Okay the Ist half is over, but if the Yankees do not fire Girardi and get a good manage, they are not going anywhere....The yankees need to make a deal or two, Get rid of Joba, he is worth less and less as each day goes by, send him to Toronto for Halladay with one or two other minor leaguers and Melky or Canoe, these two are lazy Dominicans that can not be counted on......
