Might be best to file this one away and forget about it. Poor pitching and lack of clutch-power hitting. Doesn't sound much like the 2010 version of the Twins.

It's the curse of Target field.

That's what happens when you screw over the tax payers by taking away their right to vote and take their money so the Pohlads can get richer.

Bad Karma.

There should be a trail of broken bats and kicked azzes all the way back to the clubhouse.

There are going to be losses. Some of them will be ugly. The Royals are an under-rated team. It does seem as if Pavano pitches better against supposed top teams. Letís hope that when the Twins go to Kansas City after the Cleveland series that the Twins havenít forgotten the close one yesterday at Target Field and the battering today.

A lot of things looked bad today. Pavano should have been pulled in the third, his pitches were belt high...looked like batting practice. Crain's 10.80 era might be real. Young's 0-5 brings his batting average to .257 to match his weak fielding. Morneau's September slump looks like it might start early...0-3 with 3 K's...he looked lost...give him a couple days off.

Cleveland is next, and they just swept the White Sox. The Twins need their day off, hopefully they got all the ugly out of the way today!

Does anyone know what happened to the man that was hit with the bat?? One of the Royals lost his grib and nailed the guy in the head with his bat. I saw that he was bleeding and the wife had the bat... I wonder what else he got for the trouble?

Every time Jessie Crain gets in the ball game i cringe. Correct me if im wrong but it sure seems like he looses alot of games for us. Maybe his stats arent that bad, but you dont want this guy on the mound when you need a good outing.

First off Carl Pavano is the reasonable choice as well as the bats of the Twins for the loss. Giving up 7 runs on 11 hits in 3 1/3 innings! Let's just say not a stellar performance from a starting pitcher. Just one loss in many games to play this season. Learn from it and move on!

It wasen't the men left on base that lost the game. the starting pitcher was crappy.
