Hydrogel is safer but it does contain a small percentage of silicone. There are some risk because you can't never be too sure that what they are using is actually Hydrogel with less than 5% of silicone. There is another fluid that is being used called Biopolimero... this contains alot more silicone and can cause blisters and rash but the results are phenomenon and permanent. Hydrogel if you don't work out, you'll need to come back for touch up every 5-6 years. I had the Hydrogel done and I was very impressed, however, it hurt alot... the injection is not that bad is just the insertion of the fluid. Overall by the time you're done... the pain disappears! If you want lasting results I recommend 1200cc's no less. The reason is that when you put less, at the moment is great but when the swelling goes down - YOU want more. I am now going to go back for another 300ccs. 1200cc's runs about $2500. Hydrogel can leak a lil but nothing major. The swelling last about 2-3 days. You should reframe from sleeping or sitting on your azz! You are required to wear a body shaper for about a week. My advise is be careful who you talk to - take precaution. DONT EVER give up your SOURCE!!! With that said DONT ASK ME for a hook up! I'm here just to shed some light and hopefully answer some questions.

I am a mid frame female 27 waist and HAD a 37 buttock after having the Hydrogel i'm now 43 (with 900cc's) and pleasantly plumped... it looks and feels NAtuRAL!
